So the weather here went from 89 Saturday, 80s Sunday, 70s yesterday, and all the way down to 39 today.....and it was spitting snow minutes ago... I love the warm weather, and I feel like taking a childlike fit right now! Lol

I saw on the news that there actually is twister yoga... a mat with the colored dots to help with your positions.

Then there is HOT twister yoga, but we just used to call that sex.

i made to 3 on my second attempt....third time..imma making it all the way to 5!
