i read on yahoo today that nys was talking about raising the tax on tobacco to the tune of 1.65 per pack ,thats not what worries me ,its how there doing it,in order for the emergency budget to go in effect,patterson made it clear he wont sign the bill unless this tax is included,what im hoping dont happen is to add the no ecig law to the bill,im not sure this can happen but in this state anything can happen,im wondering if there trying to figure out how to tax the ecigs,that wouldnt be so bad,better then no access to the supplies we all need,i can only wish!!!!

there you go i knew it was something like that,i dont care about that ,its if they stick the ecig with it ,thats whats worrying me
