Dani, with the RM2, the o-ring is only to assist in positioning the air intake hole. It allows you a degree of snugness without squashing the insulator in your 510 connection (of the REO). If the atty is snug, and the air intake facing fully away from you when you vape, you don't need the o-ring. I would assume it's the same with the Cyclone.

It wouldn't vape when I had it on, so it's obviously too large. :( What size should I get, and are the on Rob's site?

Dani it looks like what you have in the REO is a 1.5mm but It could just be the camera. If you tightened it down all the way and the oring is keeping the atty from making contact just leave it off for now. If you have a hardware store you might find one that is a bit smaller in thickness until you can get an order from Rob.

that little tube is reducer, you put it in the end of the tube in the bottle. It's to stop auto squonking if your running thin juices in hot environments or change altitudes a lot, like driving up and down mountains all the time.

that's probably a 1mm, you could try a .5 from a hardware store. take it with you and check it against what they have to make sure you get a thinner one.

I just noticed that this came in my new Reo package. Does anyone know what it's for?

That is a reducer tube. It is there if you use thin juice (heavy PG). I have only needed them a few times during real hot weather to keep the REO from auto feeding as the juice thinned from the heat.
