i'm not so sure about that. i've read enough of Feisty's posts, for example, that i'm reasonably sure she could wipe the floor with me...

Yeah probably a good idea to try the original first if you never have (as it seems). As I mentioned I never had luck with them & it seems like CatMommy hasn't either. If you want I'll send you a 1mm also, I don't use them. Up to you, offer stands until I run out of stamps (I rarely buy stamps). :)

It's probably a good thing for humanity that Feisty has two partially torn shoulder rotator cuffs. JK. She has nearly boundless patience most of the time.

For my leaky older REO and one particular RM2 I even doubled up on the thinner o-rings and spares that came with RM2s but that didn't help. Took 6 ml bottle o-ring to stop most leaking. I don't have it cranked down as far as it will go as it puts cap hole 6:00 when I'm vaping so it leaks a little.

Guys putting things on too tightly. Major pet peeve of mine with pool guys. Pump pots and other fittings with o-rings don't need to be cranked down much more than hand tighten the as long as o-rings are good, clean, and adequately silicone greased. I repeat, several times, to not over tighten. THEY ALWAYS OVER TIGHTEN!!!!! I've hurt my back getting tops off even with proper tools.:banghead:

I should take a picture.
Even though I tightened mine down pretty far, I can still see about a mm of brass peeking out from under the plated base.

Try an o-ring stretched around the brass section. I use a thicker o-ring there instead of in the catch cup to hide the brass. It also prevents potential leaks.
