Son of a.......

They didnt respond to my first 2 emails, then i tried a different email address. They said they would ship my replacement out that day. I still haven't recieved it (its been a week) and not even a trackin number....

I emailed back yesterday asking for an ETA, and i havent even heard back from them.......
Just my $0.02 fwiw, their CS is really good. I've found them immediately responsive and helpful, but I always call. Never email. Reminds me of Benchmade KC. On the forums (every once in a while), lol, someone chimes in, "They never responded to my email", "I heard they have good CS, what's goin' on?" - Benchmade's CS is among the best in the industry - Someone always tells 'em to call-up." It's funny, some company's are like that.

Ok have had this tank for the weekend and this is the first i have like it. That being said it is a great tank Just the way the wicking is on these types of tanks is a b%&^$. Would recommend the mt-rta. The wicking on it is very easy not like this" I have rewicked this lots over the weekend" with the mt you just fill the juice channels and you are good to go. No triming to the wick required. The fact that i cant have a big build in it is a turn off. Keeping that i mind it is a great tank if you can wick it like it likes to be wicked. But just not for me. Plus not being able to put claptions in it the flavor on the mt is better too. Sorry........

Again, claptons, even fused claptons are very possible in the V3 Crius. I don't get why you or anyone is saying that. It's a velocity deck with 4 independent at least 1.5 mm post holes. What kind of claptons are you guys building? You just have to step your clapton game up and use 36g or above as the outer wrap wire. I guess if you're a beginner and you can't wrap any claptons with wire smaller than 30 gauge or whatever then you won't be able to fit them in...

Hi. I have been using my Crius v3 (Velocity deck) for about 3 days now. Vapes great--flavor and vapor are there. Never had any issues with wicking or dry hits.

However, I have been observing small amounts of juice seeping out of the area below (the gap above the airflow ring):

I usually observe this when I pocket my mod and tank and take it out to vape. It's a bit irritating to constantly wipe the juice off this area. Has anyone experienced this?

Yep. Many people here have been having the same problem.

Yep.. Give them a call

Ok. I did.

They said that the black decks are backordered because they have had to replace so many defective units.

She said they would send the replacement as soon as they get the next shipment.

I, too, have experienced this slight leaking issue although it does not occur often. I would raise my coils to alleviate it, but would that not result in a decrease in flavor?

Try it and see...I know for sure that it got rid of the slight leak I was getting at the seam between the JFC and AFC. However, it didn't change the taste much for me since the air holes are so damn large to begin with.

I've vaping my Crius for 5 days now and am still impressed. Still puffing along perfectly, no leaks, seepage, condensation.... I'm really liking the drip tip more than I thought I would, I was gonna change it out when I got it, but glad I didn't. I also really like the cotton they included, it's dense but still fluffy and has been wicking beautifully. I don't know where they sourced it, but it kinda looks like some Howing cotton that I have.

Nah, the screwdriver allen key, same one that came with the crius
Are we on the same page man? An allen key is an allen key if you get my drift. But, if you need a dup of that exact same one that came with your Crius (not that it should matter as long as it was the same size); What I would do - assuming you got the tank from WetVapes - would be to call them up and ask if they had a spare to send you. That's what I would do. If you got the tank elsewhere... see two posts above. :)
