I've had the cig alikes and I have the twists and provari so I've tried quite a few of them. For an occasional vaper I still think you can't go wrong with a Kgo. It's an inbetweenie as I call it. Not too little not too big but serves the purpose lasts all day if need be can be used with all 510 sized equip and is cheap. To me that's a bargain.

-What is the best set up for keeping the batteries charged and ready to go for once a week, a couple hours at a go? I really don't want to pull out my e-cig and find the batt is dead.

-What is the best set up for the e-juice cartomizer, give once a week use? if that matters.

-Also, I want to go with 0 nicotine juices, as I don't think nicotine delivery is a big deal to me. For me, its the act of smoking/inhaling that I enjoy that I want to keep, with giving up the less desirable aspects of an analog (love the term, it cracks me the hell up), such as the smell, etc. So, does this matter to what type of juice? PG, VG? which is better for this use?

-I don't think I want to go all in on an AVP (did I get that terminology right?) set up... I'm still looking for the ciggy smoking vibe, sort of... and I don't want tinkering, I want it simple and ready to go, when I want it.

-I don't want to break the bank, but I'll pay for a quality set up that makes the most sense for my use, surely I can do this for $50 - $100?

I've almost bought some set ups I've seen at the c-store, but I stopped short and just got another pack of analogs instead, as I didn't know enough about the quality and I didn't want the nicotine e-juices.

Thanks in advance for your advice... I'll go update my profile, if it doesn't already say US... I live in MN, if that makes a difference. I'm in no hurry... I've got a month or two to burn thru my last pack of analogs. :p

Kippis!

For a couple of hours a week, ciggy size and feel, I'd suggest getting two 78mm Smokeless Image Volts. Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

The picture below shows a cig, a 65mm Volt, a 78mm Volt, and three Ego-sized Volt X2s. That should help with seeing how the sizes compare to cig size.

Click on the pic for a bigger view.

The 78mm Volts are 320mah - that equals about 3 hours of vaping. They have different colors. In the pic it is the most cig sized one. I've found if you charge then up they'll be fine. Charge them a couple of days ahead of time, or on the day - whenever. Just get a second one as a back up. I prefer manuals but they have autos (you don't have to press a button).
Given that you only smoke a couple of hours a week, you'll probably find cartomizers will suit. They can easily be refilled and will last you a long time with your 2 hrs per week use.
PG enhances nicotine delivery and throat hit. VG produces most of the vapor. Given that you'll be vaping 0mg nic you don't need really high PG. On the other hand, high VG can clog your cartomizers quicker. I'd suggest trying PG/VG 70-30, 60/40 or 50/50.

Hope that helps.

Kiwivape gave you a really good recommendation. Nobody mentioned here but if you are looking into a cig-a-like the BLU Electronic Cigarette | E Cigarette | blu Cigs are also a good setup, their PPC (charging and storage case) is really nice, it can charge your batteries and store cartos. I started with one of those and still use them from time to time, they use a standard 510 thread so you can use a lot of cartomizers, you can even buy the Kits and cartos at Wallgreens, but I will recommend you to refill them since you will save a lot of money and enjoy really good juices
My standard vape is a couple of eGo twist which I love!!!

Welcome to ECF and happy :vapor:

Then you need to look at your post count. The amount of post mean nothing. It's the ability to stop the nasty and do the healthy that counts.

Which is my point exactly, I'd much rather offer someone more of a PV than they need for a great price than to offer them less for more money like some are doing in this thread.

Its like saying "I have the cure for cancer but I might not give you a strong enough dose and oh by the way its going to cost twice as much" Seriously???
