ody drip top stains

I received my ody yesterday and went throught the parts everything looked good except for the drip mode top. Is this common looks like its plated I thought these where stainless. Here are the pics. If they are stainless no biggie ill buff em out. If they are plated is there anything I can do to get it replaced? Thanks

You got it, it's just a stain from cutting oil that was let dry on it, just buff away it'll come out easy.

done! drip ody look good. now i just need the rebuildable part and im set. dont wanna pull apart short mode. that thing efs rocks like that.

The only way to do a proper polishing job I dont see how people polish stuff out by hand be there for hours lol.Do you use loose mops for the super fine finish?

i ask that myself. gonna do short ody here soon since it has some usage wear from previos owner, hi rip , will wait till coil pops and new ceramics come in. right now im just enjoying it. those are buffing wheels they are huge when new they a lil worn now have to replace em soon. put rouge on wheel and go to town, gloves and face mask ear plugs required. here is a couple of pieces ive done.
