Ody exp kit clear tank and ithaka

My dear GG friends,

Unfortunately, my clear tank has already broken, not sure if from a juice or from me not threading properly. In any event, I tried the ODY Exp Kit clear tank as a substitute until more are available. Additionally, I plan to order the SS Window. The ODY Expl kit clear tank fits, I'm not sure how well. I can't SEE any gaps, but suspect there might be as juice seems to be evaporating faster than I am vaping. The top portion fits nicely, it's the bottom that threads in to the GG/Wings SS part that doesn't look just so. There is an o-ring at the bottom of the clear plastic tank and I'm wondering if I should risk removing? Anyone have any experience/suggestions regarding this?

I have removed o-rings from clear tanks, for example, the clear window of my UFS didn't came with o-rings, I used it without any problem for some time.

I think if you remove the o-ring from the clear Odysseus tank (from the expansion kit) will not make the clear tank to screw further, I think that the threaded section of Odysseus clear window is longer than the one of Ithaka's clear window (and engraved ring). I cannot confirm this because I'm at office and my Odysseus is taking a holiday at home

I have the ody short v1 and the steel tank fits great on Ithaka I to have broken my clear window and odered the steel replacement
