I've had this issue since day one--no matter what I do my Ody leaks.

Set-up:
.7 ohm coil
3.5mm wick
3mm wick in the channels
lubed o-ring

I've tried every fix I have found on ECF, but to no avail. My juice collector is ALWAYS filling up and leaking out of the air-control. In 510 mode, it leaks around the top-cap of my Poldiac.

I'm at a loss--why does it always leak?

I don't get it--I'm cursed. Long wick, short wick....it just goes into the juice collector and gurgles.

Been like this from day one, but dealt with it. Tried to top a Poldiac and it is unbearable. Now I see how bad it was before--the GGTS is very forgiving considering. If CoV ever gets spares in I'm going to try and re-build each piece slowly.

Mine usually leaked because the nut/grounding nut that holds the ceramic housing in comes loose opening and closing the mouth piece. Make sure its extra tight..and I also placed oring on the nut so it sits between mouth piece and the nut..Keeps it from coming loose. My question...does the center post suppose to spin? Mine does. Im thinking its suppose to be tight? Oh well it works like a champ and x-fingers no gurgles....

Small o-ring on the bottom new and primed with PJ. Ground o-ring perfect. It is from the center coil/cup opening.

This is not a FLOOD of juice, just a leak over time/vape-time. More pulls/puffs=more leak. Problem is, I ALWAYS check for a vacuum after filling the tank. It comes out of no where when not vaping.

Doing a fresh build tomorrow with longer wick, another new ceramic and cleeeeeaaaaaaaannnn parts.

Just my .02 but I have had center post leaking issues since iAtty. What I find is my juice drips down into the center pin from the wick and coil.

I would test it fill your ody close the juice controll completely and leave it on a piece of tissue paper over night. If no wet spots in the morning you are likely having a similar issue. if you get wet spots Try the o-ring in place of the ceramic housing nut that goes between the mouthpiece and the base. If no leaking this time then you might have a slight gap between the mouthpiece and nut or nut and base or juice is getting past the o-ring on the center pin. You could try a second o-ring on the center pin at that point.

center pin must not spin. To avoid spinning, please tight well the nut inside ceramic jk. If nut is secured then it will never come lose
