I´m very sorry Morri, but I don´t agree with you. The message you have quoted may seem quite unpolite but you can´t take out a message from the context in which it was written and pretend it was a first message if you do so, you are simply manipulating.
In my first messages I just gave my opinion on a completely respectful way. I dont think that when one gives an opinion is because is trying to harm or throw mud at anyone at all. Didn´t you think that maybe I was just trying to give my opinion in a sincere way?
Perhaps you not but I always prefer people being sincere and telling me the truth rather than telling me what I would like to hear even if it is not true. Maybe my fault was not to ask wether in this forum one could talk sincerely or just say what others want to hear.
I don´t think that saying that I understand people buying a chinese copy and explaining my reasons have to be offensive . I just think it is a sincere opinion and of course I have never tried to offend anyone expressing it.

Well, to be sure, I along with everyone have read your ongoing messages. I did not take anything out of context, only quoted your last message as the one I was referring to. Yes, you have given your opinion. It has been noted and in an intelligent and respectful way, but you continue to continue. Even when asked politely to stop, you continue. In my home, that would be regarded as rude and I would ask you to leave. Imeo has always allowed us to voice our opinions and concerns here. Not nearly what he always wants to hear. We are much like a bunch of hungry children waiting for the pie, and he is serving us as quickly as is humanly possible for him. When one child begins to be ugly and tries to cause an uprising with the others, he will be sent to the corner or removed from the room. This is the way it is done in my home. Again, I think you may have the wrong idea about what this forum is. It is his home. Please try to remember this one thing and I don't believe we will have any more problems.

The issue here Vaporeta is not if people buying China copies are offensive or not. This is the ORIGINAL GG forum so we really don't care about China copies. You have the right to buy them and love them but frankly we don't want to know. Please post on the China copy forum and not here
Funny thing when it was not me who first talked about Nautilus in the Odissey thread, and funny thing when it was Imeo, and not me, who first even copied a video about Nautilus and gave his opinion.
I´m sorry but I don´t think the question is talking or not about a chinese copy, as Imeo did and other people did, the problem here is giving opinions you don´t like to read.
I think vaporeta was not trying to praise the good quality of the copy, and neither was he trying to suggest buying it instead of the original product, which, as we all saw, is way better.

IMHO spare parts should always be available by the official resellers, it would be a huge improvement.
Oh, and by the way: it's a shame to sell a second hand item for twice the price of the new one, a real shame. Many people will just buy more in order to make money with them, please do not talk about passion or faith or collecting etc etc etc. This is lame business.
I bought my Penelope for 90 ; ok, it's used, but it's rare, so I was willing to pay the hole price, also considering the excellent build quality, but I would not have paid more. It's not moral, it's speculation.
On italian forums GG stuff is difficult to find, since nobody wants to sell it, but i never (NEVER) saw it for a higher price than the original one. Never.
Have fun buying it for 150 .

Yes vaporeta like captain said ... Here is THE GG ORIGINAL FORUM and I "maybe we but cant speak for everyone" don't like to hear good opinions on here about GG copies ... GG is cos is GG forum ,so cant see why we have to praising copies in Anyway " even in availability factor only" I just don't care sry ... It's a copy , it's stealing , it's un- moral , and is cheaply made not like GG... So then it's not for me.

And sorry but I don´t also think that deleting different opinions has to be considering something respectful.
Sorry but in my house we talk to children trying to educate them we don´t use corners as a way of education and we don´t send problematic children outside. We think there are different ways of doing things.

Well now I believe we are getting to the problem. It is all a matter of how we are brought up. We all have ways of our own of dealing with unruly children. Point I would like to make now is that was just an example. We are all adults here. The main point I have tried to make is, this is Imeo's place. Not mine, not yours. He is a gracious and lovely host and most of us are happy to go by HIS rules........as it is HIS home. People that come into YOUR home and will not abide by YOUR rules, I am certain that you would ask them to leave and if they would not leave. You would have them removed.

Unfortunately, it seems that you are correct.
In my opinion, there are no rules or opinions that supersede those of my husband and myself in our own home. That is the kind of freedom that I enjoy, at least in my own place. I would not take away a person's liberties ever. But neither would I allow them to overshadow mine. I believe that is what you are doing and no amount of discussion on either of our part is going to settle this.
Yes, it is a public forum, owned by Imeo, with the intentions of discussing things that Imeo wants to discuss. Sorry, but there it is and most of us, like it that way.

As everybdoy can check in "dampfauktion.de" which is a german auction page, second hand odys an penelopes always cost around 150 euros or more and it is the only place where I´ve been able to find any. Yes, I agree with you, that price is completely nonsense, inmoral and speculation.

Vaporeta - freedom of speach is limited in so many area's of life. Same thing is on forum, the "authorities" have their own right to cut it at one point.
Others - you are not helping by trying to show someone something you think is their mistake, just puting oil to the fire.
P.S. Freedom of speach is invention for stupid people, the fact is that there are right and wrong standpoints, also that people trully are not intelectualy equal. FOS most of the time is used so does with lower capabilities have feeling that they are equal with the one intelectualy superior.
In Serbia we have one saying - "opinion is like ..., everyone has one".
P.S.S. My opinion about FOS is not written as perfid message to anyone, it trully is just opinion about that matter, no arrows thrown.
