@Dan40 - I understand your frustration and anger. I really feel bad for those who are new to vaping. It's even worse for those who haven't yet even gotten to experience what it's like to get off smokes by vaping instead.
My suggestions for you if you really want to continue vaping:
(1) Buy some 100mg/mL Nic base (at least 1L of it) and stash it in your freezer. Even if you don't want to learn how to make your own eliquids yet...you'll have the Nic base, which most likely will be the only ingredient in eliquids that'll be very difficult (if possible at all) to get before too long. The other ingredients are used in various products that don't have anything to do with vaping, so will be available anyway. There will always be people willing to help you learn how to make your own juice when you're ready. (You can read on the DIY forum about how to put away Nic base for longterm storage.)
(2) Start buying some extra coils for your tanks you regularly use. Might want a few extra tanks, too. Online vendors and local stores should still be selling them for the next 2 years. However, no one knows what the price of them will do during that time...as there's more and more demand for the ones still available to buy!
If you already rebuild your own coils...you shouldn't have a problem getting the wire and cotton you need for that, as again, it's also used for other things.
(3) Batteries for mods with replaceable ones, will still be available longterm, as they're used in other products, too. Mods with internal, non-replaceable batteries will just be "toast" when those give out, and more most likely won't be available. So that's something to think about, too (getting more mods that take replaceable batteries).
Don't
give up on vaping...instead, just
plan ahead for your vaping future, and you'll be fine!
