Hmmm, wow, thats interesting to see, however we haven't run into this while taking other hh357s apart.. I would be very interested in getting back this atomizer and possibly contacting my previous supplier of wool.. We have, however, changed suppliers since earlier runs.
that atty is from the first run of the open center posts. I noticed that on the sealed one the material is not "fluffy" as opposed to this one that i killed. was your first supplier from Maine by any chance?

well , here it goes,, 2.5 on 5v's
put in 6drops,
no power , couple of pulls
power, couple of small pulls, go some vape
add a drop
powered up took a couple good vapes
BAMH !!! a whole latta vape!!!, no flavor yet, added a few more drps. now i'm getting some flavor and lots of vape. its like hitting two 357 atty's at one time
Frago: i just read cisco's post about the 3ohms going to be available this weekend! WHoopee!!!

Ok I just killed my atty by dropping it somehow.
It seems to be slightly tilted when standing upright after being screwed in.
I did drop it in my Helix and I noticed on one side it seemed to have pulled out of the tube just a fraction but it was still working perfectly until this morning.
It has not been cleaned which may be a consideration also
but I just got it on Sat. at Kevin's BBQ from Hanna.
It was working beautifully until now.
Advice anyone?
C.B.

as of today i'm not useing these till i get some info..

and you dripped how much into it?

Same exact amount as I do in the 1.5's ... around 8 drops after being blown out

I do 7, check for gurgle, then add one drop at a time until gurgle is heard

Also, the mesh inside looks different than in the 1.5's. Sloppier actually...

I noticed this as well. Mine doesn't leak though, so I don't think that's your problem. On my first run 1.5 atty, the innards were sitting up pretty high in the tube - a little push with the backend of a BiC pen (perfect size for the tube) got it seated better in there. You might want to give that a try.

My second 357 bit the dust today after 2 weeks. Even cleaning didnt save it from the fate of my first one that lasted 2 weeks.
That's it for me. Good atty while it lasts but too expensive for me..

You should consider cleaning more often, I have the pic of the inside of the dead 357 you sent back. I was waiting until performance would drop but by that time I was noticing some carbon build up, now I clean it about every 3-4 days. If your chain vaping and/or constantly hitting it hard you might need to clean it daily. My main 357 atomizer is about 5+ weeks old, I vape about 6-8ml per day, I dont chain vape but I am constantly vaping when I can. I have been cleaning it every 3-4 days and have no visible signs of build up.

First is a pic of my 5+ week old 357, The second pic is your two week old 357 that you sent back

Doots, What is your method for "cleaning" atomizers? I am also wondering what is the mix, PG/VG, of your liquid and is it a super sweet juice?
Everyclear soaks. 50/50 mix tobaccos.

Like I said I cleaned about 4 times (every few days) in the 2 weeks with soaks of about an hour each time with both attys using at 3.7-4v. Both died about the same amount of time... Hopefully others will have better luck than I did..

Like I said in the last post Cisco, It was cleaned every few days. If it takes cleaning more than that it isn't for me. Alcohol soaks on an hour each time. Juice used is tobacco only 50/50 blend.. guess my juice just builds up fast..
