Just realized that my original 357 is now over one month old... and still vaping like crazy! I was swapping between 2 but after my sister tried one I had to let her keep one. I have been using this original, sealed bottom one now for over a month. Been cleaning every 3-4 days and it is still working fantastic. Will keep using this one so I can gauge longevity but so far I am very happy with it... course I did grab backups just in case lol.

I have tried a few times to puff on my former beloved LR306 and am still amazed at how puny they now seem. Used to rock my world until I met the 357. Good stuff!!!

lol, No whistle in mine. I have kept my backups new & sealed. Trying to really gauge lifespan. I wonder if the whistle is clog issue? When you clean does liquor pour out the airholes or just dribble?? After mine soak I notice the liquor flows out the airholes very nicely. I use a very clear juice too.

I usually clean them so that it flows freely. I wonder if there is something else I can add to the cleaning routine.

do you notice a whistle with your 357's? I notice it on some. Just curious if that is a cleaning issue or maybe it is threaded too tight or not tight enough?

It is funny, of the 5 I have all vape a little different.

They're hand-assembled so I am not surprised. I would send it to get looked at (the whistle one) --- it probably means the vaccuum has broken.

I noticed this as well.

On another note, im not a huge fan of the 2.5 one. The 1.5's on the lowest setting on my BP are rocking now with daily soakings.

The real key to this atty, IMO, is to hit it like its going out of style. Seems to perform better with consistent hard hits

I completely agree. If someone is able to take a 4-5 second drag with these atties, they are not pulling hard enough imo. A hard pull is the key to get the right vape from the .357.

I was wondering about your drip tip and whether or not it fits tight enough?

I just timed a few hits. 2.5 - 3 seconds....with the initial pull (first second) being the hardest while slightly letting up into the 2nd second of hitting :)

I actually like to ease into it, starting up easy for a split second and pulling harder afterwards. I find that if I pull too hard initially, some juice ends up in my mouth. But whatever works is great as long as it works.

mine is whistling as well. I think it's the mod. I am on the REO Mini with my 1.5 whistling while I work.....it's very faint though, could just be a sucking sound.

HISSSS....

What exactly is the "hissing" noise that starts happening to attys after a while? When you let go of the trigger and it sorta hisses back down in temperature...

My 357 started doing this recently... I've cleaned it quite well, and it's degrading in performance a bit, but most noticably it's giving me the hissing, which for me is the death knell of atomizers.

My attys always do this right before or during a dry hit...
Needs more juice when I hear the hiss for my atties
