HOLY PRICE WARS BATMAN !!!!! I just went to the C.C.V. site and it appears I might have gone to WALMART with ALL the falling prices. I guess he got word of that other guy trying to undercut him by a penny on all his same stock items. I haven't went to the site in a month or so, I thought his prices were higher than that. Maybe a glitch ?? Does anyone know whats up ??

Ordered 15 3.0 Boges, received 15 prepunched Resurrectors. Emailed 2 days ago, no response.

Are we doing this again?

I have been waiting for a response to an email I sent on 3/13. Kind of disappointed. They may not be able to help me with my problem, but a response would have been appreciated. :(

It is kind of amazing actually. We all love Andrew and the service he provides. It's a simple website that sells a small selection of items at wonderful prices, and when the man is on his game, it's no less than Nirvana itself to deal with him. Lately, though, customer service has disappeared. It breaks down the appearance that Andrew is a successful Internet entrepreneur, and makes him look like some guy in his mother's basement, coming home from his day job to fill a couple of orders before dinner.

Andrew - take these suggestions in the spirit that they are given. We want you to succeed, man....

- Business is all about appearance. When you continually complain that you can't find good help, it starts not to be the help's fault. When you move to a new location and you don't take the time to change the return address on your mailing labels, you never moved. When you close an Internet business at night to throttle the number of orders you receive, you don't understand what having an Internet business means, or the meaning of success, for that matter. When Jeremy writes one of his caps lock-a-paloozas with ninety exclamation points and question marks, especially like the one last week where he professed to being !!surprised!! by your low prices and to not have been on your site for a month, well, words can't even express how moronic that looks. It doesn't matter if he was being facetious or what his exact intention was.

None of the above conclusions may actually be true, but they Appear to be true. The sad fact is that you may be the hardest working man in town, but these things make you look inept.

- Learn how to use email. It is an Internet business. It is conducted online and through email. Sure, we can call you, but some of us don't have the time to pick up the phone to track down our orders. When you receive an email, respond to it. We don't need you to write a novel, just a quick line saying you'll get back to us within 24 hours. Spend one hour every day doing just that. You will see immediate dividends, I promise you.

We don't want freebies or our money back. The simple point is that people want to be heard and to not feel like they have to chase you - and then be chastised by your CS guy and some of your customers for complaining about it because you're busy. You're supposed to be busy. It's a business.

You've said a few times in these forums that you are going to expand and become a wholesale operation down the road, and I hope you can achieve that kind of success, but the basics must be mastered first.

Like my email concerning my mis-shipped order stated, no problem, man. Just let me know where to ship 'em back to and when you will ship the ones I ordered. No rush.

No rush at all...just a reply.

These customer responses are confusing. How can some say great place to buy and a number of others, DO have a problem? I have not ordered for awhile because, When I want to order the site is closed and with the negative things like not responding to E-mails quickly, make me a little hesitant to place a order. Customer service is everything and if you don't have it your business will not be as prosperous as it could be. Yes growing pains cause some hick ups, but they should be fixed quickly and explained to the customer. Just MHO

I referred a friend who is new to vaping to CCV to grab a couple of 15 packs and he really needed the drip tips. Well he got his cartos but no drip tips. He wasn't too happy so I ended up mailing him a couple of mine. He said he emailed Andrew but still hasn't gotten a response. Not sure if he will be a repeat customer at this point but i hope it was only a one time issue. To me its no big deal but someone who doesnt have any and then expects them as part of an order can be disappointing. Ive always had great service from Andrew and he always seems to get my stuff out asap.

Spot on post RL.:thumb: It's so nice to see someone offer truly constructive criticism and not make a point of slamming or bashing someone. Well done indeed. Also rare to see someone care enough to take the time to offer suggestions for improvement. Good for you!!

It makes me sad to see the negative feedback. The very first order I put in to CCV I had a question about something and sent an email and within 15 mins Andrew called me on the phone to give me a direct answer. He also recommended that I try a specific carto and thanks to his advice my vaping experience was brought to a whole new level. He is a great guy and I know it's confusing for newcomers when they see the continued negative responses and most of us just want a quick email letting us know we are being heard.

Hope all is well with you Andrew. You have lots of loyal customers who want to see you succeed in your business.

You should order from him. Don't let me dissuade you at all. He sells great merchandise at wonderful prices with free shipping. Just be prepared to wait every once in awhile, just in case.

And be prepared for the silence. The deafening, business killing silence.
Aloha everyone.
Please consider the message below as my opinion only. All hate mail will be shredded and not replied to. :vapor:

ReflectedLight, Your observations concerning Andrews business make sense. Your post was precise and to the point.
However, how Andrew runs his business is his business. I'm not saying he is running it effectively, but in your quote above, and in my experience, he does sell great products at great prices with free shipping. He is a tool for us to use, a tool we have to learn how to use. He's not the greatest tool, and he's certainly not the only tool.:p

If he is not the perfect internet entrepreneur, it doesn't bother me. I order well in advance of my needs. If I have a problem with or praise for an order I call him. There is a customer comments form on the order page that I know he pays attention to. So if I have a problem or special request, I know he will read it. I use other vendors for the odds and ends and specialty items I require. I do not make it my principal interest to get free items. If a neccessity is needed, such as, drip tips or syringes, I pay for them and count any freebie as extras.

The customers that have been with him from the beginning know that he was one person working out of his house and that his business has skyrocketed. Now he is going through growing pains and getting all sorts of grief for his efforts.
He called me a few days ago to chat and did not sound like the old Andrew. He sounded weary. I'm not saying this to get sympathy for him, only to ask that everyone give him a break. Let him get all his ducks in a row.

Customers can make or break a business. If you don't like his customer service, then shop elseware. He doesn't make false claims to get your business. Most all discrepancies are addressed and tried to make right.

I am not pontificating or blowing smoke.!.! :D Just my :2c:

I consider Andrew a friend (I've never met him in person) and my main supplier of neccessary vaping items.

And Jeremy, yeah, cut the corny come on. As CSR you can do better than that. ;)

I have ordered from him in the past but it seems he is having more problems now. Some times the site is closed, sometimes slow to get your order and sometimes a lack of communication. So if I want something in a in a normal time frame, maybe I'll get and maybe I wont. Just makes me nervous.
