I don't know how the Provari is set up, but I would think that there would be no problem that way...I usually have to extend springs and make the base wider on the units I buy to ensure good contact with very little moving around... just don't lengthen them so that they push the battery too hard into the positive post...

Does anyone know if the efest 18650 batteries on CCV site will work in a provari?

I hate to say this, but I am going to say no. The Provari positive connector does not sit low enough to connect with flat-top batteries. One of the few tube mods I have come across that doesn't. The nipple-top 18500 batteries will though.

Per pbusardo on taste your juice about the Efest 18650:

I received this battery from Crystal Clear Vaping for test. Not going to put a video together on this one, I’m just going to let you know what I came up with.

I’m no battery expert and actually hate recommending batteries. I really don’t have the proper equipment to test them. If I put them in my device and they work… terrific! And the more vape time the better.

I ran through a few charges on this and tested it in the ProVari.

How does it work in a mechanical? What’s the power curve? I honestly don’t know.

But I do know that I had no issue using it in the ProVari.

The AW IMR 2000 mAh battery from the original ProVari review gave me around 18 hours of vape time until shut-down.
The Efest IRM 2000 mAh battery gave me around 19 hours of vape time until shut-down.

Lot’s of room for error on this one, but bottom line, it appeared to be pretty equivalent to if not lasting a little longer than the AW.

answered my own question lol

The eFests must stick out a bit more, none of the flat tops I have will work in my Provari. I would be ecstatic if the e's do.

OK...so I put the used carto back on with the tank and it does not leak...so it was not the o-ring...looks like the new carto just slowly leaks and that is all there is to it...I am laying it down when not using and also taking horizontal hits!!! (with the leaky one)

How long are the inner o-rings supposed to last on a tank? Mine is just barely weeping at 2.5 weeks... If I sit the my unit up it develops a little leakage in the connector... I rinsed out the tank in warmer to hot water at least 2 times before thinking about it...

That's cause you cut the lower rings when inserting a new carto, put a drip tip on carto before inserting the carto in tank, put a drop or 2 of juice on it , slide in not nicks to lower ring. those tops on cartos are razor sharp, cut my finger one day just putting on a drip tip.

Andrew can tell you for sure, but I think that the Efest nipple top IMR's are the same length as the AW IMR nipple tops.

be getting some nipple top efest 18650 like the one I sent phil b. , but to answer the question, don't have a provari, but sure flat top 18650 efest I got will not work. But my nipple top efest 18500 should work fine in the mini setup.

YES! I have both efests and a full size ProVari and as always the commander is correct.
