Just hangin' at the office this morning waiting on USPS to deliver a replacement smartphone...
The battery on my original one started swelling and pushing the screen off of the phone. Since it's considered a defect, I'm getting a replacement under warranty.
Back in the day, Verizon would have just swapped out the phone at their local corporate store, they don't do that now which is going to have me reconsider remaining a customer after I get my phone paid off. At one time, they had the best coverage and support despite being the most expensive provider.
