I was thinking shrimp. But you're right, definitely scorpion!

After a short consideration... I named the sunset pic... Scorpion Sunset...

.... Sorry, J... Shrimp Sunset just doesn't have the same ring to it...


I noticed a few hours later after I'd adjusted the exposure and increased the contrast on that shot... that I also introduced a ton of grainy looking noise into the shot. I redid it, this time using some color, luminescence and smoothing filtering before the other adjustments... cleaned it up nicely and also brought back some of the loss in color saturation that I'd lost from the original processing. Since I resize the pic down and the forum dithers the colors anyway, I don't think reposting it will make a lot of difference... but it was interesting ( to me ) the difference the order I use in the processing phase of the raw image made such a difference.
