This Irish stuff... is good tastin' and easy to make...

Here is a pic of the Ore Ida brand since I suspect you can get it most places... I cheap out and get the Best Choice brand ( and IGA brand ) and get a 28oz bag for $2.00. It's diced potatoes, onions with red/green bell peppers.

For a single serving, I melt about a tablespoon of margarine in a 9" non-stick pan on medium... I add enough of the potatoes to cover the bottom... Cook from frozen on one side for about 6-7 minutes, flip and repeat on the other. Done... salt to taste of course.

Of course, if I diced it up all fresh... it'd probably be better, but it's already pretty darn good as it is and easy is nice. Find it in the frozen food section next to the french fries and hash browns.

My pre-amp wouldn't return a signal tonight, Medicare is WAY expensive, NYGiants didn't make the Superbowl, back hurts big time, they stopped making Weaver fried chicken, my socks aren't staying up, new neighbor is very weird, we haven't yet achieved world peace, and the Beatles broke up in 1969. Not happy tonight.
