Good morning, still here but that storm at 2 am was a hum dinger :)

I sort of figured that it would be. I had gone to bed around that time ( after watching the storms and other things ). I assumed you wouldn't be seeing any tornadoes since the temps had dropped but I did expect you'd get some severe storms anyway.

Glad you made it through....

Looks like the storms I'd posted about over in Redd's neck of the woods went to her south.

Hopefully they will calm down by the time they reach Yimmie, Jmur and FranC's area. If they make it that far.

Sunny... you look to be up next for the weather stuff...

Currently you are close to a Thunderstorm Watch ( not warning ) area but I suspect they'll include your area very soon since the storms are moving your direction...

Jmur... you may be doing good as far as the current line of storms... it looks like most have moved more eastward than NE. You may still want to watch the line of storms that are well to your west and north.. if that cold front moves in your direction, you may get more of that cold stuff you were talking about not missing ( it doesn't look like it as of the moment )

Here is the radar for Sunny's area...

ReddHot... :D

Nothing serious this time... I'm playing with my new radar toy's and you get the honor of being the first I'm posting a snow is coming your way sort of post. Only, it's nothing to speak of as far as amounts go. If this were just rain, it'd be in the trace to 0.11" per hour at the best. I'm not going to spout the 1" of rain equals 10" of snow thing either ( although on average its around 13" ) because conditions will determine what you end up with ( wet snow is less, dry snow is more ).

Anyway... enough playing around... here is what is heading your way. Expect some light to moderate showers at first, turning to some amount of snow later...
