Yeah, I got an alert on my phone a while ago but haxen't seen it yet.

Hmm... it may have dissipated then considering how long it's been since I mentioned it... and the chasers I were watching reported it...

Here is a shot from Mike Olbinski of it from where he was located on the south end of Phoenix I believe... it was moving pretty slowly at this point but had built quite the storm system over itself by this point. I think this was looking SSE... towards downtown things were dissipating more at this time.

Something I'm still not clear on. So, after Deeming, the only things allowed to be sold are what was on the market as of August 8th. So what effect does that have on new production of existing devices? Let's say a Merlin, or Avocado, or any. Can they be still produced (and sold) provided NO changes have been made to them?

We will not be able to sell anything changed, updated or new to market products any longer. This is industry wide thanks to the FDA. We will continue to post all items that are "new to DV" but still legal to sell.

So my takeaway would be that companies can still manufacture and sell MORE of the products that are already out there. However, it still seems a bit cloudy, mainly because a government agency is involved. I can see battles over the legal definition of "new" (shades of Bill Clinton, no?). Gonna get interesting.

It's My understanding that pre Aug 8th products can still be manufactured & sold. No new products or updates/upgrades. Until the deadline, sometime in 2018?
But vaping is worldwide, so new products will still be created for none USA markets.
So someone will need to have a lot of knowledge, do a lot of research to decipher between pre & post Aug 8th products
