Well, what do you mean? What settings? The Stingray is a mech, no? So, outside of what your coil build is, what else? I must be missing something...
(and just when I thought I had it all sussed...)

A mech has settings also... they are just all manual. So you have the voltage output which is going to be between 4.2v down to whatever voltage you'll vape the battery down to... the ohms of the coil you use... these two give you the wattage output. So using my setup as the example...

4.2v on a 0.5Ω coil outputs 35w at 8.4a ... ( all numbers rounded )

Here the difference is, to make a change to the settings... means to manually change to a different ohm on the coil. Of course there are still those more nuanced settings of ... coil diameter, spaced, twisted, clapton, notch and various types of wicks... etc
