... and that was only a portion of what was on the pond..

As I pulled up, I noticed most of the ducks had their heads tucked in... and I was thinking about how cold it must have been... Then I really thought about it, the air temp outside was 16°, the water wasn't frozen so it had to be above 32° if not a bit warmer... I guess that was still warmer than elsewhere ( that wasn't heated )

Still, I didn't think jumping in would do me much good, so I headed back to the heated house

After getting the sidewalks around the house cleared off and warmed back up in the house...

I went over to the neighborhood pond I mentioned to check things out a bit... the scene itself wasn't too impressive since very little of the snow stayed in the trees... but the ducks were cool to watch...

i put da 30 day fitness challenge programs on my phone i do beliebes it was da biggest mistakes i'be made in a long times day one in da easy catagorys has 98% done me in alreadys i dom't thinks i'll make its 30 days i'll be luckys iffin i makes 3 days ub dis tortures exercises

Yeah.. at least there were during the summer as I saw some kids catching some... and some of the ducklings were acting like they were diving after something, I assumed a fish but never saw them come back up with anything...

Good afternoon y'all, happy Friday!

We got some snow overnight as predicted, but it wasn't too terrible on the roads at all when I drove to N from work. I believe it was like 10° when I headed home this morning, BRRRR!! But my kitties and I are riding it out pretty well, I think. Here are a couple of pics I took when I got home. I figured I'd get one of the courtyard before it had everyone's tracks in the snow. Then there's one of my car in the snowy parking lot. Not much, but RDS asked for pictures and I figured I'd oblige him. BTW, those are awesome pics you took, RDS!

Well my apartment is on the ground floor, but I believe the ones above me have two floors.
