Anytime on the pics... They probably didn't need anything, but it gave me a little something to play with and have a little fun with ya... had to straighten you out ( pun ) and bring you two out of the dark ages...
Thanks for the complement on my shot from last night... that was a lot of work getting it to look right. The fun is in the challenge it brings of not using the proper equipment ( ie a telescope ) and then still being able to tweak out the details still. It's quite the juggling act to bring up the brightness of the nebula and still keep the brightness of the stars down enough that they don't over expose the area's they are in... while still trying to keep the colors as natural as possible.
I'm really pleased with last nights results but it took all of the experience of the previous times to get me there... practice practice practice
Well... I guess overall I really can't complain. After 2+ years I finally went to Physical Therapy for my back. I woke up one day last summer and couldn't stand up straight, my right shoulder was over my left foot, not good. And I had to use my Mom-in-law's cane to get around for about a weekOoooooooooooo lemme hear da gossips
Luckily I was able to get into a great PT place and, after 3 or 4 months I have very little back pain, I can move around (the medically legal
plant that I've been cooking with helps, too) and I've lost over 20 of the 75lbs I put on 
We also drove up Highway 1/101 from San Francisco north to my dad's place in coastal Washington. There is a beach in northern California that used to be a dump
but is now covered in sea glass

The beach was really cool, I got some good shots there. I'll slowly post more for ya, it'll keep me coming back! I can't believe it's been 2 1/2 years since I stopped working construction, I can't say that I miss it
It'll take another 100lbs before I'm skinny The book is plugging along, I've started another one, well, I've been working on an outline and doing some research for another book
