I've been using Folgers Black Silk Decaf and it's not real bad actually. It is weaker so where with the standard Black Silk I could get away with not completely full scoops ... I have to actually use heaping instead with the decaf.
And after that bout of major dizziness on Monday... I do have at least 3 cups of regular per day as long as it's before 5pm. I'll let my body get settled at that level ( instead of up to almost 2 pots worth per day ) and wean myself down. After I get weaned off of it... I'll just get decaf for home and still have regular at work, but I don't want any more rebound headaches or dizziness when I don't have any over a weekend.

OK, new coil in the Subtank, new wick, and thought I'd try something I mixed last week. Something that I've liked in the past. Don't mean to sound gross, but i can't think of any other description of it than: BABY VOMIT. Yes, it IS that bad. I don't believe I've ever tasted baby vomit, but this would approximate it. Not kidding either. Maybe it was bad, or old, not sure. But It will be going down the drain tomorrow. Emptied tank, washed out, and a 50/50 mix of Latakia and RY4 to the rescue. It's getting better. Didn't change coil or wick, cause like I said, I just changed them. Weren't you listening??

This is my Mother. March 3rd would be her birthday. She was amazing. She would have fit right in here. Always open minded, always willing to try new things. Went ballooning in her seventies. Got into computer big time in her 70's too, used social media, connected and shared with a LOT of folks. Even tried some, uh, leafy material, in later years at my sister's prompting. Only that once. Grew up in the Depression, managed, cared for and loved a family for decades. A truly great woman, and very missed.
