Took me awhile to get da pattern rites but I did its and screwed dat thing togetha. I next puts carpet all around both sides ub its. Dis will keep his nails a good grip to hold on wiff and also protect my actual door panel. I made the cut out the full size of the bottom of the door so it sits all the way onto the molded floor to hold it in place. It slides in dere between the back seat and the door so I can open and close the door and nuthin touches it. Safes and secures. I made one for both back doors .![]()

neighbors of theirs and family. Oh yeah, did I mention family? My nephews hired a lawyer and took me to court because they felt they weren't getting their money fast enough. Followed by telephoned and emailed threats. Which was absurd, because even if I wanted to, I couldn't do anything other than follow CT's Probate laws. It WAS a completely nerve-wracking time and I still feel the effects of it to this day. Like it doesn't leave. I've thought of going to a shrink just to learn how to deal with it better. Maybe.

So, watched the girl closely all day and haven't seen any sign of anything abnormal. Her usual self, she ate, slept, teased us with her sound/squeaker toys (she loves doing that, I love it too, we act all amazed that she's creating these sounds and she goes nuts) and generally acted completely normal. If she's still being fine tomorrow maybe the knot will be out of my stomach. I think I'd be a total wuss if something happened to her. You have to understand she came into our lives at a weird/crazy time. Both my parent's health was going downstream, I ended up having to "put" both parents to a rest home, which killed me. Then my Mom passed, and shortly after my Dad did too. Which led me being appointed fiduciary to their Estate, which led to about 5 1/2 years of pure Probate hell, seasoned with lawyers, bankers, real estate agents, medical companies, VA dealings, taxes, back taxes, more lawyers, "well meaning"

Wow. That was cathartic. Didn't mean at all to go down those roads. My point was, Mya came along right at the beginning of all that, and she was a constant presence that made me feel good, real good, despite everything else. So, I loves her, and don't want to face doing without that friendship. Sorry this was so long, but sure felt good to unload all that. Only one I've ever discussed all that with was Lin (since I'm a hermit by choice nowadays). Thanks for the shoulder to bit%c on!
And...Mya says thanks for all you guys good wishes!
