Goodnight Y'all!
Oh yeah, been wondering bout something. Was thinking of how say a solenoid works, as far as the windings, as opposed to say an alternator or such. So, you got a current being applied to the windings which creates the magnetic field, and say in a solenoid, draws or pushes out a piston. So now I'm wondering, when we apply a current over our coils are we creating a miniscule magnetic field there too? Or is it dependent on having MUCHO more windings? Just curious. Anybody? OBG, RD or anyone else?
That was the first one I looked at, but I have IOS 6.1.1 and it needs 9.3. I've been really reluctant to upgrade since I have the older iPad 2. Read a lot of horror stories about trying it on that. My recording tools are on it and I don't want to screw them up somehow. Might be just time to look at a new iPad. But, I've also been thinking about replacing the desktop with a new laptop, or maybe a Mac, and keeping the current iPad. Decisions, decisions...![]()
