After the success ( not to mention the ease ) I had with cooking a corned beef brisket in the slow cooker overnight... I thought I'd try my hand at some country style pork ribs the same way. So tonight, I started doing my research on it since I hadn't made them this way before... I'm shocked to find out that all of the recipes I read said to not add any liquids besides the BBQ sauce ( after putting on a rub of course )...
So tomorrow morning before I leave for work, I'll drag out the slow cooker and give it a go. Luckily the ribs I got already has a rub on them so the only work I'll have is putting on the sauce ...
