I almost emailed you to ask if you were sure you wanted the full 100% VG but then thought that's probably what you needed it for

I normally vape at 80-20 PG but I plan on experimenting a little now that I ordered the DIY kit. I've only mixed one batch of menthol and it wasn't bad but I have a ways to go to beat my chinese juice I normally vape.
I generally use 80/20 or 70/30. All good.

Oh no, sorry to mislead you. 80PG/20VG or 70PG/30VG. Although, I have also used 50/50 but VG sits in my throat so I'm more of a PG gal. er, less of a VG gal. Did that clear anything up?
I generally do a 80/20 or 70/30 PG/VG mix myself. I find VG gives me a lot of thick mucus and clogs me up too badly. I started out about 24mg but have cut down to about 12 or even 6 on a lot of juices.
Has anyone noticed that the more PG you use the less the cartos seem to work or last? My experimentation has yielded such results.

Have you tried giving your new creations a hot water bath? This helps meld the flavors faster.
I've always read that VG gunk up atties faster so I assumed it would do that to cartos too. I'll have to try 50/50 and see.

Fixing a loose battery
I have a couple of Go-go'ers tell me about loose batteries jostling around in the casing.
This happens a bit too much for me to be confortable with so I have been trying to come up with a method to fix it.
Generally a loose battery will not be a problem, there is so little space in the casing that a loose battery will not cause it to fail. However it can be a bit annoying.
Here is my fix:
You need two pairs of vice grips, or one pair and a strong hand.
Vice grips can cause damage to the casing of the Go-go so before trying this be aware that you might scratch it or deform it if the instructions are not followed.
There is only one place that you can put the grips with the least possible damage, I have marked it in the photo below, it is a small area in between both sets of threads. You can use the threads but if you do not do it right the threads will be damaged and you might not get a good battery connection.
To use ViceGrips properly you need to set the grips to the proper locking width. Use a thin towel or other barrier between the grips and the area you are gripping to prevent scratching. Once gripped, usea similar method on the bottom casing but NOT on the case itself, your second pair MUST be on the bottom edge rim otherwise pressure might deform the casing. The rim on the bottom is strong and can handle the pressure. Once both are locked, just hold one side and pull from the bottom with either the second vicegrip or your hand, a little twisting will help. It should pop off.
Once you have the battery casing off you only need a small a glob of silicone or anything that will take up the excess space on the bottom (about 2mm). I have used a silicone because it has the added benefit of solidifying the battery in place but really anything will do, just don't fill it with a conductive metal LOL
Next just slide the casing back on, turn it over so the top if facing down and press down on a hard surface to get it to sit flush.
I will do this for anyone for FREE if they do not want to do it themselves, as long as you are a verified customer.
Fixing a tempermental button switch
There are two methods that I know of that will fix a tempermental switch, one that fires intermittantly or cuts off too quickly. In most cases it is due to a dislodging on the membrane below the botton.
First method.
Pinch the rubber button gently and twist it 1/4 turn either way.
This usually works and is easy.
Second Method (for those with a lot of patience)
remove the button entirely by pulling on it, do this over a large surface as there is another rubber piece under the button. Then check the proper alignment of the second piece (over the black circle and reseat the button, This method is HARD and it can be frustrating to get the button back on so only do this as a last resort.
I hope this helps someone.

yeah i ordered a few hundred ml form gourmet vapor and the stuff was pretty terrible. The flavor was ok but the throat hit was more like a nasty burn. Really terrible juice! It was supposed to be a 70/30 pg/vg mix but it was not. and half the bottles were about 3/4 full. I did not want to waste the juice and so when i saw the 100% vg at 36mg straight from right down the street, well about 45 min away, i thought that was a great solution! and it was!
and i have been thinking about doing some mixology with the flavors so this could come in handy two ways!
I am hopeful that more people order the DIY liquids so I can get the price down. I know if I can get going on the mixes and pure vg and pg I can easily save everyone a boatload of money on juice. It's very low now I think compared to others but we can go a lot lower when I buy in larger bulk
Has anyone besides Gormly found vg heavy juice to last longer in a gocart than pg heavy. I have also gotten the strong impression that vg heavy juices are bad for cartos so i've never put any in a gocart. Sure would be nice to get the better vapor of a vg heavy juice in the gocart. So please anyone who has found vg heavy juices not to clog up gocarts, quicker than pg heavy, let me know.

Just recently I've bumped my mix up closer to 50/50 PG/VG and I'm past the second week on those two cartos. Before this I've stayed around 70/30 to 80/20 because I've read that too much VG is bad.
This is the first time I've gone this long without changing out cartos.
I guess I should add that I don't vape sweets and the juice I use is fairly clear.

My new pink Go-go just came apart !! I have had problems with the charging connections on every single Go-go I have gotten.
( I have 6 of them also). Have to fiddle with raising the battery centers on every single one to get them to work with the chargers. This morning, in trying to get my new pink Batt to match up with the charger- the top just came OFF completely. And, I was being very careful as usual.
I do not know how to solder it back together. My So is a welder, but not sure if he knows either. Or is it even possible- if so HOW?????????
