We should have driven up for Thanksgiving Big D  We could have prevented this if we all had Ring Dings fer dinner

Yep, maybe we could have prevented Ring Ding Poisoning had we had a professional Ring Ding taste testers on hand.:D

Seriously though, I hope Eric is OK. Must be miserable if his stomach is sick such that he needed to seek emergency treatment.

Thank you everyone. I am sure Eric knows that you all are wishing for his fast recovery. He did get almost all of the orders completed before leaving for the hospital though, and I think all from up to 11AM this morning are out, and many after. I tell you, he is very dedicated.
Eric is a sweetheart and we do love him :) I had food poisioning once and it took me over a week or more to feel 100%. We wish him the best and Jamie too !

Hi all

thanks for the well wishes. :)

It wasn't food poisoning like I assumed... it is chronic pancreatitis, but I don't drink alcohol so it's some genetic immune issue.
Since this is the same thing that happened to me last year (and several other times) it's good I have a real diagnosis.
Last year they removed my gallbladder thinking it was that.. so lost an organ for nothing. :(

Much improved today but not 100%. Next time I get severe symptoms I am supposed to rush to the hospital and tell them so they can do some ultrasound test right away. Because the severe symptoms didn't last longer than 24 hours there was no danger, but let me tell you this is painful like you wouldn't believe. How do you make a grown man almost cry...

I wouldn't have asked LD to tell anyone if it wasn't a busy weekend lol, figures it happens right when we get a rush.

so back to work, sporadically :)

thanks for the help LD!

I am just glad that you are okay, and you know that I am always happy to help. You should have my cell phone number, so feel free to text me, or ring me, if you need me to keep an eye on the threads. I was away from my computer for most of the time, but that Tapatalk application is really nice, and since my phone is a behemoth, I really didn't even miss it.

I hope everyone here knows that they are welcome to come to me if they need any help, have questions, etc. My Skype ID is in my signature, and I spent a lot of time helping people already, as it is something that I enjoy doing. I do have many of the items that Eric carries (sometimes even before him *heh*), and love to help. Heck, that's why I am a reviewer -- to help. Well, that, and I am opinionated. ;)

Hm, I think you should rest. If you're not ok yet, you definitely shouldn't be working. Just worried about you.
