Too strong or too weak is highly subjective IMHO. I absolutely
love your lemonade for example but when I order supplies first of the month, I'll be paying whatever reasonable price for 2x the flavor strength it is now. I don't see how anyone can call it too strong. Even my wife, who has never smoked has gotten into taste testing my vapes and even she said the lemonade was light on flavor.
Just a suggestion is make it to the level
you feel is right. You already offer the option to change almost every aspect of it as is. As long as you are able to keep doing that, most everyone can be happy. Juice vendors that go to one extreme or the other are the ones that usually have consumer issues. For example offering it "as is" without changes regardless versus catering to only the most vocal consumers. Either end of that spectrum tend to cost sales long term.
And as good as you have been and continue to be to your customers, we (and I think I speak for a lot of folks) want to see you be strong and prosper in this. There's more at stake than just a profit margin but the way you do business. I can think of a vendor or two that I am sure grind a few hundred dollars of enamel off their teeth every time they visit your web site. Or at Least I hope they do!
