Your billing address on any prepaid cards has to match the info you put in on whatever site you buy from 
(And Eric could just have refunded the extra charge too)

My first order for my prepaid card, I had listed my post office box as my billing and my ship to address. I never thought to change it. Well, the cards are using your home address as the 'billing' one. It's posta match wherever you use the prepaid in your info. Mine didn't. The transaction got denied until I figured out I needed to change that stuff on the site I was buying from and then it went right thru.....Also there was a coupon code that I used at one place and the site didn't put it in so I got charged the regular price. The vendor had to refund the difference to my card to give me that discount that's the only way I knew it they could do it
on some prepaid cards you can enter your billing address on the issuers website.
For those who ordered PuriTanks, please post reviews. I'm like others that didn't like the tip on the ProTank and also I couldn't seem to get the metal taste out of it.
