I was looking at the website and plan on purchasing some items so I thought I would check this thread out first. This is the most random thread I have seen on ecf lol. Anyhow, I wanted to let you know that DV is accepting payment only through Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.
No Paypal, personal checks or American Express for the time being, I'm afraid.

I, too, have been the victim of credit card theft in the past, and completely empathize with your concern.
I assure you that DV does not process credit card transactions on site and no numbers are saved there.
Hence merchant accounts are a more likely source for insecure transactions.
Also, it might be worth reconsidering your own computer's security, particularly with regard to potential malware or visits to non-secure vape related blogs, forums or advertisements.
Just so you are all aware, I check with my merchant all the time about this kind of credit card fraud stuff. I am sure they are sick of hearing from me lol everytime someone mentions anything about a security breach somewhere (anywhere) , I ask them.
My site requires a matching billing address to process a card transaction and all credit card transactions are done third party through a secure tunnel, NO credit card information is saved, stored or accessible in any way on my website, my server or my personal computer.
I get asked almost every day why I require a matching address when "no other vendors do" (I take that as a compliment)
(I don't know if other vendors do or not, just saying...) Some people get really angry that I won't accept their card due to the address not matching. But I do it for security.
If I download order histories I cannot see credit card data. If someone asks me to charge their card for something outside an order (like an ad on item) I cannot see the card numbers, just the name.
I take this very seriously (being a victim myself) I can promise you all that I do everything I can to ensure that nothing can happen. By that I mean I turn on all fraud controls, triple check my merchant and try to be vigilant. No credit card information can ever be stolen from the DV website, the merchant account provider is not under my control but they have thousands of vendors in many different arenas.
You can absolutely be assured that I take this VERY seriously.
