Ha, I've got my Happy Light right here on the shelf, all ready to go. SAD is not getting me this year. I bought the light last year just before Christmas, and was astounded at how much better I felt using it every morning before I went to work. I plan on picking up another one so I can get the light coming at me from two directions.
LOL I've had mine for 4 years now and barely use it lol I got it at Costco because my doctor recommended it and at the time I was working and had to take it to work with me so it was a pain but now I'm not working so maybe it would help with the insomnia it says it can...

Good morning fellow DV'ers, happy Monday to everyone here. I am sorry to say that I have started smoking again due to the stress of my car accident. I told my doctor that I started smoking again, she wasn't happy to hear about it. She said she understood about it, she said it was better than drinking alcohol to deal with my stress.

Happy Monday to every one. I am off to work, lite duty again, sitting at a desk. I guess i am excited, i am up early. I had a great weekend, ended with Danish Days in Solvange CA. Great time & was with my family. I had 2 devices with me & both were perfect for the weekend get away.
