Just want to chime in and say,, I love this chopper tank,,,, WHEN IT'S NOT LEAKING, thought I had it all under control, seems everytime I refill it or unscrew it for some reason, it leaks really bad. It does seem to be leaking from the cardo center piece itself. I purchased it thru go-gousa and considering asking Eric for a refund. But I must admit, when this tank is not leaking,, it is the bomb. I just can't deal with the sticky fingers and don't have time to fool around with it. I understand that you get defective parts in all business's, but first impressions are the most important. Sorry for the rant, but for $15 of hard earned money , I would expect this to be trouble free. If I am doing something wrong , I will gladely listen to any suggestions other than what the instructions say.....THANKS HARLEY41

Harley, got no horse in this race but I doubt it's the tank. I made my own, but very similar. When you fill a brand new carto it almost always leaks, just how it is. Sometimes they leak when refilling too, but not as much as new.

So this is how you fill...Lay the tank flat with the hole in the middle, pointing up. Fill till it's just below the bottom of the hole. REPLACE the plug. Now simply pick it up and put it on the open bottle of juice you just filled from, IOW words without the dripper or cap in it. The carto usually fits right into it. Now leave it alone for a while, I usually let mine sit for an hour or more.

When you take it, give it a quick wipe on the bottom and blow it with your mouth over the bottom of the carto, I put my lips around the tank so I don't taste any juice. Just a blow or two until you don't hear a gurgle. You should be good to go. If it leaks after that then there is air getting into or your carto hole is too big.

I haven't used a chopper thank, but I used others. It sound like you are refilling it incorrectly. And almost no ecigs/tanks/cartos/atomizers are trouble free.

Harley41, if at any time you want a refund, it's no trouble, send it back and I will refund you plus shipping.

Because you are saying that it is leaking only when you fill it or unscrew it, I have to say it does sound like the tank isn't defective, of course it could be, but if so it would leak all the time and not just during fill or unscrewing. Is it leaking through the tank or the center hole on the bottom? If the center hole then it is filled or flooded too much. Perhaps you just need a replacement carto. It is certainly possible that the fill is not contacting the sides of the carto (it's to small) and that causes extra liquid to flow freely, that would make it flow out of the bottom when not screwed in.

There are several fixes for this.
1. A replacement carto
2. Clean the carto
3. Replace the fill inside.

A replacement carto is the simplest fix.

I don't want anyone feeling like they didn't get their moneys worth, so if you want a refund, it's no trouble.

Ive put in many days and hours testing the tank well before they went public.I even gave away free ones to get feedback on them and suggestions. The main reasons for excessive flooding from the center air tube is.1) The poly fill is not not correctly packed down and is not absorbing the liquid fast enough.2) Filling for the first time or refilling and not waiting for the carto filler to absorb the suggested time.3) The fill hole plug is not snug in the filler hole which when you hit it.Air is being pulled in and causing a vacuum effect which pulls more juice into the carto which will flood it.4) If you push in on the filler plug at any time while vaping it will act as a primer and will push air into the carto just like a primer button on a weed eater when you prime the gas. When you remove the filler plug air gets inside the tank and when you put the plug back in that air is built up which is why the center air tube has some flooding. The wait time is for that purpose to allow that built up air to adjust itself.Nothing made is error proof for everything has its fault. The Titanic was made to be unsinkable, but where is it now,at the bottom of the sea.Check the fill plug and hole.If the fill plug goes into the hole very easy then that is most likely the problem. It should take a little force to get the plug into the hole.If that is the problem let me know and I will send you a new one.I do my best to make these as error proof as I can and not to give Eric something that will not cause him grief (my words not Eric's) in the long run.Every time I hear something about the tank I try to recreate the problem and come up with a solution to fix it.So everything I have mentioned has been tried and tested and has a solution to it.The carto punched holes could very well be to big and that would be my fault.PM me harley if you keep having problems and I will help you out. Also if you prefill the carto and fill the tank up that will cause flooding as well.

Eric, I discovered another product I'd like to see you carry. Replacement Go-go Buttons, not the switch but the whole soft button. I managed to shear the top of one of mine, I can still use by using my thumb-nail but it would be great if they were available.

I'll see what I can do.

I appreciate the replies, really do. I hope that my post didn't sound too harsh , if I offended anyone, I apologize for that.
My problem with the leaking lies in the carto only. The tank has no issues. Its a fantastic addition to my Go-Go. The problem with the carto, i think, is the little "throat" peice is not sealing very well. It seems to be loose and it moves around pretty easy.
Now the way chopper just explained about filling and the fill plug makes since to me, although I don't think I have been pushing on it, (it fits really tight) it's possible that I have.,, since I made that post, it has not leaked a drop yet, but, I put it on the new battery that I got with the tank, which is different than my older batteries from cig-easy. I THINK the only time it has leaked is when it was on that battery.
I will keep trying it for a few more day's, and see if it is something I am doing or the carto,, now that I have a little more info. .....thanks again guy's....Harley41

PS. when I refill the tank, I do it before the liquid gets to the top of the holes. Thinking this would keep it from flooding.

I believe someone asked for this wrap?

The blue matches better in on the actual wrap and there is no overlap at the bottom (this is a mockup).
I hope you still want it, cause I printed two sets of 2 today :)

I now have a bargain bin section on the website, none of the items will be supported meaning there are no plans to stock up on accessories for the kits there. Most of this stuff was ordered or shipped incorrectly. I'll be "dumping" test products and bad ships in there. But by "bad" I do not mean non-working, everything there will be in working and new order.

Actually I'd like to see a replacement for the switch/board. I have one that the switch doesn't work. the battery is good.
