Many new vapers are more dissatisfied and vocal about it because they're dealing with nicotine withdrawal. I had terrible withdrawal symptoms and became irate at the drop of a hat. You chose an industry with customers that are withdrawing from a highly addictive substance and are irritated even before they buy anything. This may be something you'll have to deal with occasionally and just try not to take it personally. It's hard when someone attacks your integrity but I'm sure you handled it professionally.

LOL yea, I haven't decided on the final design yet, they have about 50 to choose from and them I cn customize. I could just change colors for the seasons

They did make valid points about the actual product, so it wasn't unfounded, at least some of it
I won't be buying it again.

LOL I noticed you have the weight so it can calculate shipping costs but it may get confusing on the eLiquids. It says 1 ounce and some may think that's the size of the bottle they're ordering not the weight of it all together. Are you planning on raising your prices like you have them now on the site?

I really, really like navigating the new site. It scrolls much smoother and I like that all the items in the category are shown on one page. Much less clicking to get around. The live chat is also excellent!! Many more bells and whistles than the old site and we all like our bells and whistles, huh?

The prices are wrong, it must have been an import, I am NOT raising prices.
I will have to look at the weights also, thanks for that tip. The website was incredibly easy to setup but there are a few things to work on, so I'll have it all ready & right when it goes live for ordering.

They said two business days for approval so probably Tuesday or Wednesday sometime. In the meantime, Go-goUSA is still open.

wow, sleep for a day and look at all the excitement going on ... new site looks fantastic, I kinda like the orange and black. That's some good software you've chosen, Eric, we used it on a site I helped set up a while back. You should be pretty happy with it and there's tons of support if you do run into problems. Man oh man, you are going to shake up the vendor world with the opening! I love it, force those greedy jerks to lower their outrageous prices. I'm not saying you shouldn't make a profit because you should .. but 400+% markup is crazy.

Can't wait to order something new from the site!!!

Yes, you made an excellent point - a fact. Withdrawal makes for wild mood swings. At a low point, the person may feel like a hungry pit bull that's just been slapped.

NEWFLASH:

Eric Gormly, founder of Go-GoUSA.com and current CEO of Discount Vapers, has changed the way the way e-cigs are sold on the internet! No longer will you have to pay a 500% markup to get low quality products from china, no longer will you be stuck with crap merchandise because the store policy is DOA warranty only! Finally, the consumer can have confidence in the vendor! Eric shows us that not all vendors are crooks, out to make a buck off the little guy.

Wow- I finally found Eric's new site and created my account-but-wow- in doing a Google search for it- there are many discountvapor.com's. And some are definately NOT ones that Eric would have. Recognized his only by knowing him well enough to leave the others and keep looking.
I copied and pasted his new site name from here and put it into Google search because it was not a "link" here ( page 167 or 168 not sure which.)

I like the new name, good luck with expanding your biz, I think it's a good idea. BTW, here's a tip for all. To get to a website on a PC.. hit Control L then type in the URL like http://discountvapers.com. It will take you right there.

Like it or not, I am stuck with the name now lol.

It costs more money to re-setup a different name, the merchant accounts are VERY strict about that. I can't just change over.

Also, searching for discountvapers (me) is different than discountvapors
Once I have all the products up and submit the site map to google. the errors at google will update.
