Hello Eric,

First time buyer here. (order 1560)

I've had a go-go for a little while now, but with my luck, both batteries died and I was only down to 1 carto anyway. On top of that the site where I bought em from was completely out of stock.

So. In another words - I am glad I was told to check out your shop!

I noticed my order was shipped about 2-3 hours after placing it. That's awesome.

Thanks a lot!

Hoping for the best!

Glad I could help.

Update on cleaning the dual coil Gocarts.
I've been having some challenges with the DCGGC.
First off, the good news. The plastic tube is just a press fit. When the tube cracks at the base you can just pull it off while it's still on the battery and turn it around. so the cracked end is on the drip tip end. Just tap the whole assembly on a table and the tube will press fit back on the carto base.
My challenges with these is that it's very hard to rewrap the small inner filler around the coils after you successfully dry burn. I dry burned a DCGGC and removed a large build up of gunk from the coils and did successfully re-install the inner filler material using a dental pic and bending the wires for better access but it was like brain surgery and would not work for most. In fact I would not want to try it again. I did it with two cartos. One using wet inner filler and one using dry inner filler. Both were equally difficult. My next experiments will involve trying to wrap one large piece of inner filler around both coils at the same time for an easier wrap and see if that gets me over the hurdle of the tiny wrap. My other attempt will be to try using fluval without any inner wrap and see if that works.
All in all, the principle is sound but the hurdle is getting the tiny inner wrap reinserted over the cleaned and dry burnt coils.
If anyone has any suggestions I'd be glad to hear it.
The one I did rewrap and refill after complete cleaning/dry burn worked like new with the same juice and is still going a week later. It had a very tight draw before I cleaned it and a very nice draw after I cleaned it, So in principle we're good to go. It's just that the rewrap is just so tedious as to make the process unworkable in it's present form.
Sorry I don't have better news.

Thanks Mohawkx, it sounds to tough for my stubbs and eyesight. I will stick with the hot water syringe flush for now.

At the present time, that appears to be the best method. One tip I found using the syringe method of cleaning these things is to leave the drip tip that comes with the unit on when you clean the carto. The plastic tube slips over the drip tip much better than without it on.

Go-go to 510 adapters are back in stock now.

Plus got another shipment of Go-go to 808d

mohawkx I rewrapped a cleaned GGDCC and instead of trying to get the tiny inner fill wrapped in, I just wrapped the entire thing, I wove it in but didn't bother cutting it down to a tiny size.
It's been working fine for a day now.

I cleaned one earlier this week as well. After tearing it down and seeing how difficult it would be to replace the inner wraps I just cleaned the outer fill, ran hot water over the inner wraps/coils, dried everything and replaced. It made a world of difference but I am sure eventually I will need to remove the inner and dry burn to clean those coils. It is, however, very easy to clean and re-install the outer filler.

Just my opinion here, but I like this method, I don't think it's all that critical to clean the inner fill as any residue gets vaporized pretty quickly, I would imagine if you are changing flavors it would be maybe two puffs max before the new flavor hits.

what do you think mohawkx?

Just an update, I've spent about $10,000 in the last week on product.
90% of it Go-go :)

THANKS FOR TURNING ME INTO A REAL BUSINESS!

I do have a bunch of 510/ego stuff coming in, I finagled my way into getting some small runs to see if I can sell them.

GoodDog, your fixed battery is on it's way tomorrow :)
