with all the issues with shipping I've had, I do not want to put this up for pre-order because it is a combined shipment with another vendor meaning it is not confirmed through me, but through them. so since it is not under my control, I want to wait.

UPDATE

It seems I have lost the WePay option.

They cancelled all payments on me, even payments that were marked paid and I subsequently shipped.
So the crusade to kill my business is ongoing... so frustrating. As with the previous company, they did not give me notice and actually BACK CANCELLED Payments. I thought these people were stand up honorable people, but unless they give me some weird "system" issue as a cause, I can only assume they are not and caved to the ecig industry pressures like the banks.

It does seem that when I post my payment options on here, soon thereafter I am no longer able to use it so I am not disclosing what I am going to be using, just please look at the options I send you when you order.

I still have applications with some Merchant Account providers and it's start looking like I might have to be forced to go with the guys charging 8% and all the other fee's. No happy about this but if it's the only thing I can do to stay in business, well I am not giving up. I almost did last night, the stress is ridiculous, but I got through it

So if you order from me, you will see the payment options, just let me know what you want to do, they are favorable for the time being at least.

Well that just plain sucks! As with everything else you just have to follow the money trail. I believe we will find out it is Government involvement that is shutting down all these payment options. They pretend to want everyone to be safe and healthy and quit smoking but the truth is they are losing money at an alarming rate due to E-Cigs. Until they can tax them at tobacco rates, I believe this will continue to happen.

I don't know I can't match up ECF names with payments but I am going to prepare an email in the next day or so when I contact WePay to figure this all out. I will probably end up asking each person to repay, hopefully no one has a problem with that.

I am taking the family out today to get away from all this for a while, I know you guys all support me so that's a plus.

Could be... but I don't want to just assume it is so.

I gotta say though there are a couple of suppliers in the suppliers private forum that attack anyone who posts. I don't bother asking anyone for help now.. I get called stupid and made fun of for asking questions, granted it's only one or two people but they seem to be very active in any thread asking questions. :(


example: ask about CC processors, get this response:
"well if you are not smart enough to find a processor or not big enough then you shouldn't be doing it"

I am not a little flower, I give as good as I receive but still...

some people are just .. not good at being human...

I'm sure it's not going to make you feel any better, but I've run into bullies like that throughout...ya gotta wonder how ppl like that live with themselves. Big egos is all I can figure...at the expense of everyone else. :?:

This is ridiculous Eric - why are they haunting you this way? :unsure: I cannot believe WePay did this, as they are used by a couple of other suppliers I use for some signature juice I buy, recently too!

I haven't received any notice from WePay on canceled payments. I just checked my account on WePay, and all transaction were completed and processed to you and three others. I'm going to check with those others (I won't mention you specifically, don't want to be rude to anyone) and see if they are having any problems. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

In the meantime, I just have to say that if you end up having to go w/that 8% option, then I would expect you to have to raise your prices some (I've been in retail - I know how it goes :p ), and that's fine w/me. I feel you still would have better prices than anyone else.

All payments from the 24th on are all marked cancelled or pending, none marked "complete" two that were pending today and now marked cancelled. There is no way all these people have had an address or other issue. WePay hasn't gotten back to me so I don't know for sure, maybe it was some mistake on my part but I doubt it.

I will hopefully know more tomorrow.

Yea, hoping it's a mistake of some sort.

I am kinda stung by this whole process so my first thought is always cancelled... all payments from last night were also just canceled, so it must be automatic, no one is there in customers service.

Hey Knoxville, I spoke to Mary, the one that helped us not long ago when you just started using wepay. She said she had that happen a long while ago bit was a system glitch
She did say they just changed things again on how things look so it might be connected to a glitch. I would try sending yourself a test bill to see if its corrected itself. You know you can always msg me and ill try getting the answers for ya

Eric, have you contacted any of the customers that had their orders cancelled? Like has been said, maybe it's just a glitch and on your end that's what you're seeing and not really what's happening. Your customers could tell you if they received any word from WP. Maybe they wouldn't have heard though...oh well, I tried. :) We all want to fix things for you because we REALLY want you to stay in business. I know for me I'm tired of not knowing my vendors and not getting good CS any more because they've gotten so big. I want you to get big too but I know you will also remember your "best" customers. :D
