News guy just said over 5,000 lightnong strikes in Upstate today. DAAANNNGGGG. I'm just grateful that it wad more a power surge than a strike. My barn and animals are intact.

We had 70mph straight-line winds and thunderstorms here today for a couple of hours. Temperature dropped about 20 degrees! Fortunately, no tornadoes, and only minor damage reported here and there. Tons of rain fell, which we needed, so that part's good.

I lived in Norman, OK for a few months years ago. We left jist before the last huge twister in that area. My heart goes out to those folks and the first responders who deal with the aftermath. I'll take snow, Tstorms, and flooding runoff any day. Stay safe there Sonic.
Good Morning all, hope everyone stays safe from all the crazy weather events going on. As for us, looks like just plain ol' generic rain today, I'll take it and be grateful.
Half way threw the week, YES!! I have two beagles @ home. My 1st dog, rass has been very happy the past 10 years. 6 months ago I got a grey beagle from NY, young male. Last night 10p, my older dog attacked the new young guy.. I am hart broken today. If any one has any dog wispering skills, please help. I had to seperate the dogs today as i am at work. I will only let them be near each other under my eyes for the next... Also last night when i seperated them I threw my AGA+t with the ceramic wick on the floor. I was suprised the wick did not snap. Even more suprised the dogs are fighting after being ok for a few months. Not sure if its jealousy, or just dog getting old. We all have our moments. Wish the BEST for all on this HUMP day. DV'rs have a safe and prosperous day. I will start putting up cute dog pix. I figured out how to get them from my iphone up here.

Crss, It could be a "who's the boss" argument, or maybe the little one was hurting the older one. Our pup jumps on the old dog in play, but it causes her old, arthritic body some pain and she lets the pup have it. I would start with going back over basic obedience with the pup. Stoping ANY form of wrestling is important at our house so the old girl doesnt get hurt and nail the young one.
Stone face filled the tank yesterday around 5:00 pm and on leaks so far. I filled it with the cherry bubble gum to see if it is going to leak that stuff well kill a tank and in 6 hours i will find out about the taste.

Wow. Sorry to hear that crss! Is the puppy OK? I have an 8 year old Shorkie (Shih-tzu/Yorkie) and a 6 year old Hava.... (Havanese/Shih-Tzu). Lol! The 8 year one named Buster is very dog aggressive and has taught the younger one Bentley to be dog aggressive as well. They love eachother but we live in an apartment complex and there have been a few close calls with other dogs in the complex. I really believe that Bentley wouldn't be dog aggressive if it weren't for Buster because Bentley is the sweetest thing in the world! Buster on the other hand, is a cranky old man!
