I will ship them on Tuesday or Wednesday sfera. Also I have more problems with GGTS. Extension tubes have longer threads that the apropriate and the CT has bigger than 1 mm holes so CR cant seal them. I have to correct the extensions and make new CTs. Thats a 10 days delay. Thats why I always say to my sellers to not do preorders before everything is ok.

The issue was discovered when I went to take the assembled GGTS and made the usual tests. Problem was bigger than I thought so I have to totally correct it before shipping. Sorry for the delay but production always have unexpected delays

You know Imeo this is one of the reasons I love your products. You test, it has an issue, you don't send it and try to fix it later.

In todays world it's almost normal to send flawed stuff out and then fix it later. Most software you buy on the first day has day one patches, almost every car I've purchased has recalls shortly after purchase. The truth of the matter is a lot of manufacturers know about the problems before they ship but do it anyway so they can get customer money and worry about fixing it later.

I would rather wait and have a perfect product. So I'm actually very grateful you delayed it!

Maybe sometimes I miss some minnor things but its only because I dont see them Ez. But if I see the problem I cant send it like this to customers.
Like Iatty bases for GGTS. I didnt checked them with the older plastic and problem occured. This was my mistake. It will not happen next time for sure

Hi Imeo,

after I had the chance to get the Odysseus and Penelope in the last weeks I fell totally in love with the GG attys.
I even ordered a second Penelope, which my girlfriend took right after she arrived because she was also totally amazed after trying it out ;-)
so I thought that it would be a good idea to get the iAtty to have one of each of your great rebuildables
As the used ones are very expensive I thought that it might be a chance to build one by getting spare parts - I recently was able to order everything besides the tank and the refilling cap.
Is there any chance to get at least the refilling cap anytime soon? If not it would be really good to know how long i will have to wait until i can complete the iAtty

I think the tank is not that critical as clear windows from Kir Fanis might be an alternative for the meanwhile...

That's the part that makes your stuff great. If you see a problem you won't send it. Many companies or manufacturer's would send it anyway and hope for the best or fix it later.

There are two common strategies to generate return customers. First one is make a pretty good product that will eventually break down and people will like it just enough that they will buy another one later. Second one is to make an outstanding product that will never have problems and people will come back because it's great not because they have to buy another.

Obviously your stuff will basically last a life time but people will buy because it's so good they want to have more. I can see in the pictures thread that people have some very big collections. I always look for products like yours in every industry. Quality is very important to me. Anything I can run over with a car, brush off, and keep using is pretty solid in my book!

VIR
While waiting for VIR to be done, I will make in the meantime Ody - Iatty special edition - UFS and spares for them

An outstanding product that will surprise everyone and it will last a life time. of course I cant make electronics to last a lifetime but I will give the opportunity to all people to use the GG waranty and buy at my cost the printed cirquit when it will fail
