basically because Imeo's head won't stop spinning to make new and better products. That, and he just doesn't have the production capacity to produce everything in his head. Hopefully he'll post here what his future plans are for Penelope. Maybe he will make a dual coil capable one
If you are in the market for a full size RBA tank, Ithaka will have you more than satisfied. It's the best silica atomizer available in my opinion. The dual coils are off the chain!!!

edit: and Ithaka presales are going on right now until 5/22 I think
