Ok ok ok..... I have some thoughts.
'Brow, I'm not so sure why it might be difficult to understand that kids SHOULD have access to ecigs. What is the reason that you think it's such a horror? What age is too young to vape?
As for realism, and concerning vendors that market labels with childish cartoon characters, I would post that question directly to them. And voice an opinion should one have some struggle with it. Personally, I do not care for little kiddie labels. I don't find them cute, or whimsical, but some adults do. Just as the super strength chocolate milk that Ms. Celot posted, there are adults who often appreciate the less maturated side of life. Voting with my wallet, if I don't care for the representation, I simply do not buy from them.
I'm actually happy to hear that Charlie's niece is buying ecigs rather than smoke cigs. Had I ONLY had an ecig when I was that age...
So why should it not be easy for kids to get them?

Sigh.....
Everything in that article points to users of nic who smoke cigs.
So ive been giving the provape site the once over just now and cant find the "send your p3 in for an update" button. How does one go about doing this?
All you have to do is use the "Submit a Request" link from the "Contact Us" page and tell 'em you want to upgrade your P3.So ive been giving the provape site the once over just now and cant find the "send your p3 in for an update" button. How does one go about doing this?
I am sweet, yes I am!
I'm not sure what's difficult to understand about kids having access to e-cigs? They're sold in convenience stores, WalMart, Drug Stores, etc., as well as traditional vape shops. I think the vape shops do an excellent job of not selling to minors. But the convenience stores? Sorry, I've seen kids way too young vaping. And yes, online shops ask you if you're over 18. They give two choices. Under 18 and 18+. You don't think a kid can just check the box that they are of legal age? Give me a break.
And this is to DP. I'm your friend DP. But let's be realistic. Juice bottles with cartoon characters? Who do you think that's geared to? Adults? Puhleeze. I don't think the vape industry as a whole markets to minors. But it's easy for a kid to get vape gear from many distribution points. It is and we all know it is.
Edit: Charlie's niece is 16 years old. He was visiting his family a couple months ago and his 16 year old niece buys e-cigs from the convenience store near their home. All her friends do. We can hide behind the sky is falling and government wants more revenue, but we should also be realistic in accepting that it's no more difficult for a kid to get an e-cig than a real cig. And it shouldn't be that easy. No it shouldn't.
Thank you - I've been looking at the Kabuki, but I'm very much into flavor and couldn't find a review that opinioned about the flavor. Whereas I really like the KFL+, the draw is a bit tight and requires a tool to refill (I haven't accessorized it - yet). Plus, it may require rebuilding if something goes wrong. I've gotten quite a few suggestions from the RTA forum moderated by Sedge, but like to carry a back up that doesn't require rebuilding, for when I'm out.View attachment 473243
It's the one I have been grabbing the most since I got it. The flavor is on par with my kayfun, but it is smoother. If that makes any sense. Same flavor as the isub to me, and a tank of juice will last me all day.And at 9 watts a 16350 battery lasts me all day also. Like it so much I have another coming,
Even if that was the point, which it really isn't. Isn't it pretty much a given that kids will grow and drive one day? It's not a given that kids will grow up and vape one day. I'm sorry DP, but I think the analogy as posted by Freedom2Vape is completely off base.
I don't. But I'm VERY sensitive to the concept of vape-marketing to kids, as I've found it to be the single most absurd excuse our governing a-oles have manufactured to date. They're ALL absurd, but that one bugs me the most (because they know that people will buy into it). This, of course, from a public who have proven that we'll buy into just about anything.
The current attack on the vaping industry is one of the most insidious diversions that our sponsored legislators have tried to pull over our eyes. It's borderline criminal, when considered in total.
Yet it's perfectly fine to portray a young child driving a car, even if only in a dream? The truth is that it IS OK. I get that much. But there is absolutely NOTHING going on with vape that is any worse. The analogies THEY are drawing between vape and children are ALL much less direct than having one visually portray a fantasy with a P3 & Kayfun in his/her mouth.
Am I angry about this current misguided assault? You bet your ... I am. Meanwhile, the Mayo Clinic is publicly announcing that they are GIVING e-cigs to their patients approaching surgery, in the interests of helping them recover, and possibly survive their surgery. Geez? What's not adding up here?
This is now, and always has been, about the money. The money that the states aren't getting, that they borrowed from the Fed and SPENT BEFORE THEY GOT IT. They (CA, NJ, NY, etc,) are all sucking wind, and have convinced their pocketed legislators to allow them to portray vape as THE GREAT ENEMY WITHIN.
BULLspit.
These puh-ricks could all be hung in the public square and not only wouldn't I mind, I'd give ANOTHER standing ovation. Start with the fat ba$+ard in NJ who saw fit to restrict vaping at a VAPE EXPO this weekend. And, to suit me, don't stop until you get to the skinny ba$+ard at the very top of the heap, consciously dividing us any way he can. Seriously, "The Digital Divide"? Have you seen THIS one yet? If you haven't, you will. Count on it.
Digital-...-Divide. ARE YOU ... KIDDING ME????
Orange jumpsuits. ALL of them. Better yet, public square and a gallows pole ("Hangman, hangman...").
Anyone else having trouble with their P3 forgetting all the settings? Mine erases the memory sometimes when I change the battery. Very annoying!
