Then entire time I had my P3, there was never a single incidence of putting a fresh battery in and not having a 99% reading. It won't ever show 100 as 99 is the highest it can go.
Ohhhhhh aren't you just special!
The Radius is boxed up.
And that boys and girls is why the Radius (and I'm assuming the ProCyon) doesn't have an available power battery meter (or IQ for that matter). ProVape listens to their customers, Yes, they do! When we say something sucks, they know it sucks.
So after reading a lot of posts in this tread, I'm guessing I can't upgrade any software on my P3....SMH

The IQ reading is 68 and it shows OK.What's the the IQ reading?
My "kid" is grown. That's why I had kids.
I gotta say the graphical battery meter in the Radius and Procyon, without any ability to check IQ is liberating. For someone like me, who redefines OCD, it's the best. Yes it is!
It's going back to ProVape along with my blue 2.5 mini. My intention was to mail it off this past Fri but ish happens & events out of my control prevented me from getting to the PO.Why?
Even ignoring something requires brain power.

I only checked my IQ when I vaped my P3 at 18-20W. I gave up vaping at that high a wattage as it was a pain in the ...., but I am loving my P3's at 13W though. No pesky IQ issues now.So So So True! On my p3, I finally got to the point I purposely didn't check IQ every 20 minutes. But I knew it was there. And it was constantly taunting me to check. So when you say it requires brain power to ignore something, you couldn't be more right. Again highlighting why the Radius and Procyon are so great. It doesn't take brain power to ignore something you can't check.
I don't think it's actually representing a percentage of 4.2V down to 0V, I think it's giving you the life over the usable range of the battery. In the 2.5 Provaris, the battery would start at 4.2V and cut of around 3.2V I think so you get about a 1V life. So what you are seeing is 35% of the usable battery is gone which is about 0.3V and the 3.9V reading is pretty accurate.Back to battery level -
I've been vaping an 18490 in my P3 for I don't know how long (of course) and the battery meter reads 65%. Sixty-five % of 4.2 volts is 2.73 volts, right? So I took the battery out and put it in my 2.0 Stealth. It read 3.9 volts. I put it in a charger and it read 3.92 volts. Since the P3 meter doesn't work until you've taken a vape off of whatever atty is on it, it seems to me that available power scenario is accurate, although I don't like it.
I also put the 2.0 end cap on the P3 and it read 62%.

I have a rack of batteries upstairs!Drink a bottle of wine and sumpin might float somewhere!
Sounds like someone needs a dual supply of batts. Upstairs batts and downstairs batts!![]()
Whatever device I have downstairs, I usually have a battery case with fresh batteries at the ready. Earlier in the evening I call myself cleaning up & took everything upstairs to my room where all my vape stuff is. While there I forgot to grab another full case with fresh batteries. It wasn't until I was super comfortable stretched out horizontal that it hit me I left them upstairs.I have a rack of batteries upstairs!so if one bonks out I don't have to run downstairs to get one

The Radius I've been having issues since purchase. Talked with David so I'll be sending it in. The blue mini is getting P3 capped & blue LED.....it was a NOTV purchase &I believe all those had red LEDs..Are they not feeling well?![]()

I have reading glasses in both bathrooms, the utility room, in the footstool in my listening room, on the end table next to my chair in the living room, in my briefcase, in my jacket pocket, next to my PC desk, in the gun and sewing room, on the nightstand next to the bed, and on the visor in my Jeep. But, I use a cane and am on oxygen...Whatever device I have downstairs, I usually have a battery case with fresh batteries at the ready. In my case, I dont have a need to have an arsenal of batteries all over my house.![]()
