So, a KFL Plus P3 Hybrid base would be a really big seller all by itself.
Or a P3 base for the existing Kayfun hardware on the market.
Provape has responded to me and and stated "there can be a slight variance in the tubes between production runs as part of the normal production process." However, they also stated that they want me to be happy so I can return my P3 and they'd take care of it. It appears to more than slight to me as I have gone back and looked at the Provape P3 introduction video and the SMALL hexagon and P3 logo is most certainly cut deeper on the device in the video. Also others pictures I have seen more defined than my unit as well. I think the CNC tool was probably due for replacement when my tube was cut. I probably will send it in but not right away since its so new and I am really enjoying my new device. It's a very small issue I know, but now that I have spotted it, my eye always seems to see it now.Wish I had a loaner while my baby goes home for a touch up!

ProVape ... rocks, their customer service is amazing, sent my P3 in for the software upgrade, only charge was $5 for return shipping, plus throwing in the new bottom cap. And they have been excessively helpful with every question, or idea I've had. They have definitely won over a life long customer.
I sure hope this happens. I doubt we'll see bases for attys like the Squape R and Erlkonigin any time soon - but I suspect there eventually will be enough KFL/P3 users to make this worth someone's while. A P3 to Kayfun 3.1 adapter would be the easiest to make. But a lot of folks prefer the KFL's length over the 3.1.
Man, I just spent a little under 16 bucks (w/shipping) for one of those caps and I didn't even get any software! If they're giving them away with software updates, they ought to let P3B owners send in their serial number and get one for just the cost of shipping.
I just emailed about sending my beta in for a software update and to purchase a bottom cap for my 2.5, and they said the would also upgrade my P3B bottom cap while it was there. No charge other than the shipping and the 2.5 cap. At the time I didn't even know there was a difference.Man, I just spent a little under 16 bucks (w/shipping) for one of those caps and I didn't even get any software! For me, it's just not enough for me to buy new atty's to replacer ones that already work. Just my opinion.
Provape must be thinking they will sell tons of P3's for companies to make a P3 threaded tank. I can only assume since I don't own a P3 the top end can be removed revealing the P3 connector. Or am I way off here? Information coming to the old folks home is sometimes slow.
