Not sure about the cartos, was it a .8 or a 3.2?

It's possible the boost is hitting it too hard and that added power is taking it out.

If you turn off boost does the carto work fine?

It appears to me to be a cardo/cardos with a lower rez until power is applied.

Could this be why BooST smoked it?

Further is there a range of rez that the P3 operates in that is different than the V2.5 units? And yes, I realize the new 0.8 ohm lower figure. How about its upper limits?

Thanks, Jim

Sounds like the boge just cannot handle the extra power.

Why are you using cartos anyways :) lots of
Great tanks out now

I like em...

Plus my favorite vendor in the Whole Wide World (Provape) has em on sale for a buck a pop. Ya can't beat that with a stick. If I had more money, I would buy out your entire inventory of them.

Thanks, Jim

woot.. its near.. will be here tomorrow..

i may have to call in sick tomorrow. :)

Ya know, that mysterious illness is going around right now. It's not serious and you will make a full recovery, doctor recommends you stay home for a day or two and rest with your new Provari 3.

Well, if that is the case, maybe I should let the crew know so they can raise the price on those. Sounds like they are worth more than the going price. :)

I paid 3 per on my first order, 2nd order was 1 per.

Raise it back to 3 per, and I am still interested.

LOLz, Jim

Vape 360:

I know Provape sells the No-Ox lubricant. I have NoAlox by Ideal that I have used on all my mods, including my beautiful chrome Provari v1 which has to be at least 3+ years old (upgraded to v2 and still going strong). Before I try it on the P3, I'd like your take on it...
Vape 360 told me earlier in the thread not to use that. It is for aluminum and also dries out and can lower iq.

lol.. cold/flu has been spreading at my work. ;)

:cough: :cough:

Call in. Say that you have the P3 flu. If they say they've never heard of it before, tell them it is a Brand New strain and you will probably be out for a couple of days.

Don't want to infect anyone, eh?

Looking for some suggestions on using my first RDA with my P3. I was at ECC in September and I got a huge selection of juice samples I want to try. I've only been vaping with various tanks, Nautilus minis, Kanger, and my new Silo which I absolutely think is better performing and certainly better looking than the my Nautilus full-size. I picked up a Vulcan RDA some time ago and I want to use that to sample juices on my P3. My other device is a MVP 2 and a Kanger EMOW Mega.

My question is what type of build should I use on the Vulcan with my P3? Will that even work with my P3? I was thinking of two 2 ohm coils for a total of 1 ohm. I'm a complete noobie when it comes to rebuilding. I have to run to San Diego next week and I thought I might swing by a vape shop that I know can build it out for me. Just not sure what kind of build to ask for that will work well on my P3. What gauge wire, etc... The P3 is the highest wattage device I own

Thanks for any and all suggestions.

We have gotten away from Noalox and using no-ox. Noalox will dry out and cause a worse connection.

Peak, can I talk you into building your own coils? It's not hard.

A FYI from your 20 year UI geek! /lol

As soon as the Battery data is displayed via the A menu you can QUICKLY step through the remaining displays of data and exit by pressing the fire button for each display and to exit.

You welcome. /lol /joke

Yes! I want to, just don't know how to get started with my Vulcan. I've watched some videos online but not sure what gauge, number of wraps, how much Cotten, etc for my application. Micro coils or not, seems like lots to absorb. I thought if I watched someone do the build on my atty I would learn a lot.
