Just had a Batt finish.

I looked, it said 1%, No warning flashes... Another Toke. Now it's dead, and flashing.

Earlier this week I was kindly told how “old school” my new P3 is, LOL. Maybe dripping the bridgeless atty on it had something to do with that.

Considering that if I hit the fire button I am presented with the battery percentage remaining, I don't need it flashing at me to tell me I am low, I can check that with a single button push.

Maybe it is the fact that I routinely check battery life on every mod but my Reo {where I taste the sag) that I don't care about a check engine light...LOL

Yes we are! Thankfully, or life would be boring indeed. I find myself not too concerned about vape things...lol I have enough to focus on as is, as do we all in the general course of living.

Data Point:

At 5% battery and Boost Off, it would fire at 18.2W, 4.7V into a 1.2Ω load and 4.8V into a 1.3Ω load... but not higher. IQ 95 FWIW

I was wondering if it could still hit 20 watts if almost dead. The answer is no.

But on the other hand, cranking it up to these high watts didn't change the battery percentage or IQ either.

Edit: sitting on 1% (down arrow next to 1%) and button is NOT blinking.

Edit 2: battery dead and IQ dropped to 94. Button slowly blinking red.

DITTO^^^^^^^^ On my other PVs I notice when the batt drop pretty quick. On my ProVari Mini's, when the lights blink lol

I have found through extensive study and research that I like the IQ of my Provape-1 BEST.

Maybe yours is just smarter. I keep reading from others of IQ up to 97, which I guess is great (as our P3's would tell us), but I think the highest mine has reached is 92. So I guess others must have smarter P3's than I do. Sniff Sniff! [emoji22] LOL

I had no battery discharge issues when I first received my P3. For the first two days I was using it in 18350 mode. I started having problems with poor battery life when I reconfigured for 18650's. Doing so meant adding two extension rings meaning two more threaded mechanical connections for the circuit path. After a couple of days I pulled the extensions rings back off and cleaned the threads using only a soft cloth. There was very obvious crud from the factory contaminating the threaded connections on the rings and end cap.

Once cleaned and reassembled no more battery life issues for me in 18650 mode.

Cleaned mine with a dremel with a nylon brush attachment. Then wiped it clean with a micro cloth and alcohol. [emoji6] worked like a charm. But I clean all my new stuff that way.

I have had my provari for years now and have typically used 3.0ohm single coil cartos in a tank. This is the recomendation every time I google best cartomizer for provari. Am I correct in assuming that this will not work with the P3 boost function?
