The worst part is that we just switched to one of those "Cluster Mailboxes" on the 17th, and I'm not 100% sure, but I think the box that is for packages can be opened by anyone
shrug.gif

If it's anything like my apartment complex's mailbox, the bigger ones for packages are only able to be opened by those with the key...
Example: When I have a package being delivered that won't fit in my regular little mail box, the postal worker leaves a key in my little mail box...that key has a labeled tag, which corresponds with one of four larger mail boxes, which it will unlock. However, once the key is inserted, and turned to unlock, the lock itself will not release the key, until the postal worker uses a second key to take it out...
Basically it's a one time use key, so I can get my package(s), but not keep the key!

My Celtic Knot P3 didn't arrive today :(

It must be because of the damn holiday rush or whatever, but at the moment I am very happy the P3 requires a signature to be delivered, because another package I am waiting on may have been stolen. It's from a Secret Santa I'm participating in on another online forum, and my gift should have arrived yesterday according to the member who runs it, but it never showed up  The worst part is that we just switched to one of those "Cluster Mailboxes" on the 17th, and I'm not 100% sure, but I think the box that is for packages can be opened by anyone

I'm pretty sure all P3 deliveries require a signature. So, they wouldn't likely put it in your mailbox without your signature.

When the BVC's came out and I could find good deals online, I bought enough to last me a year. A coil typically lasts me from 1 week (worst case) to 2 weeks (best case), so when I remember that I spent up to $6/day on stinkies, paying about $2 for a coil that goes a week, often two weeks, seems pretty good to me.

That's pretty good. As per my previous conversation about how much juice and batteries I use per day, a BVC head only lasts me 2 days if I'm lucky, 1 day on most occasions. Yes, still much cheaper then the unhealthy alternative. If it was my only option I'd be willing to spend $2/day no problem.

That's kind of what I was hoping, but the past 3 days the key has been in the larger box. Today I even tried to open it, and it opened right up (it was empty). Here is pretty much exactly what mine looks like:

The box marked 1P is for packages obviously, and it does have two key-holes, but like I said the past 3 days the top key has been in the box, which means anyone could have gotten into it

I am hoping that the package is up at my local Post Office or something, because if it isn't I'm gonna be very upset with them

I'm not worried about the P3, thank god. I'm worried about the gift I'm supposed to be receiving, it's hard to explain, but there is a chance it is something that is one of a kind. Last year this is what I got:

It's a custom made iPod dock with an internal 80gb hard drive, it was made to look like it was a console of a spaceship from the TV show Firefly :)

No no no. You are safe.
If the key was in it, it's because someone else had a package.
When you get a package, the postal worker will leave it in the big box, and put the key in your regular box. Only YOU will have access at that point.
Then, once you use it to open the big box, the key will be "stuck" and only the postal worker can get it out. Don't fret. Your package is safe in that system.

Now, it does require a signature, so they might come to your door, or leave a note in your regular box, informing you to go retrieve it from the local office.

Major kudos on the Firefl-iPod...see what I did there?

I have no idea why they didn't drop it in the box, but a U-Haul van (which had a USPS sticker/emblem on the door) just dropped the gift off :D

Now I just have to try and resist the urge to open it before Christmas

Oh and according to the tracking info my CK P3 just made it to my city :) Although it really sucks that it will be just a few miles from me for almost 48 hours :(

LOL Absolutely not! I was having fun with it... I thought that was a really cool! (your pic, very classy) plus, I don't think most here would recognize if my P3 would be sitting on the dash of a Leopard 2 Tank... hehehe

A cause for the greatest of celebrations! Perhaps if you bribe Santa with cookies?

Funny thing. He's wrapping gifts and he just walked over and handed me the Nautilus P3, unwrapped and said Merry Christmas. Now stop sulking..........LOL

So, I get to put it on tonight. YAYAYAYAYAY!!! It came with 3 BVC 1.6 Ohm coils. I've only used the 1.8 coils, so I imagine I'll need to boost watts on the 1.6, but by how much I'm not sure? Also, the air opening ring is nicer than the other Nautilus I have. It's a much firmer turn to change openings. I think it's more like the ring on the Mini is.

I won't use until I do my nightly routine, so I'll report tomorrow what I think.

I don't have a Ferrari to put my P3 in for a photo-shoot... but this is as good as it gets for moi! hehehe

I can't wait to get a P3! I guess I'll have to lean mine against the bottle of Johnny Blue. That's the nicest bottle I have. I've been nursing it forever, given the cost. I'm usually a Johnny Black fan.

My P3 Nautilus Came! I can't open it. Santa won't let me..........:grr:

I was thinking something a little more sinister. Sir Lube can get his P3, you and me, Tweety, we split the toys. Whaddya say? Shall we mug him?

(Another year of coal for, or so it appears).
