I had the afternoon off today (AND ALL OF NEXT WEEK - YAYYYYYYYYYYY!) so I went to my vape shop and bought some extra juice. The salesguy is also a P3 user and he was using a Kayfun on his device and he had the same juice in his tank as I use, so I asked if I could try it on my P3. Since he was using a .9 ohm coil, I upped the wattage to 14.4 on my P3 and took a vape. I have to say, I was hoping to be positively blown away. I was hoping the amount of vapor would be uber fantastic. I was hoping the taste would be just that much better. But the honest answer for me, was no on all fronts. It didn't produce any more vapor than my BVC coil on Silo. It didn't taste any better. It just didn't do anything better. And for that kind of money, plus having to build my own coils, I would have expected to be just blown away and maybe even a touch jealous. I'm glad I wasn't. It showed me that my setup on my P3 more than meets my needs and takes much less effort and maintenance to get the vape I want.

I'm not sure what value this is to anyone but myself, but it's the holiday's and it's that time of year to share, right?

Carry and Vape On!

I quite agree. The Silo with BVCs is very nearly on par with a lot of other [expensive] attys I use, and more then adequate for most vapers that don't want to get into rebuilding. I won't go so far as to "as good", but very, very close. I use it for those times when I just want to vape and not take the time build or re-wick. The only reason I don't use it all the time is the expense of the heads (though BVC can be rebuilt pretty easily) and the issue with me keeping them in stock. There's no B&M near me so I have to plan out ahead of time when I will need heads. That, and the fact that rebuilding on my KF4, Erlk, or whatever I feel like using probably costs me about 10 cents each time.

When I was looking for a grab-and-go tank I also ran the BeyondVape Silo side-by-side with a Kanger Aerotank Mega and a Vapeonly BCC Mega. The Silo was light years ahead in performance (even though I preferred the looks of the Aerotank). As far a functionality, I'm pretty sure the Silo is just a different look for an Aspire Nautilus, and is actually made by Aspire for BeyondVape. Parts should be compatible, but I'm still interested in what your findings are rbrylawski.

When the BVC's came out and I could find good deals online, I bought enough to last me a year. A coil typically lasts me from 1 week (worst case) to 2 weeks (best case), so when I remember that I spent up to $6/day on stinkies, paying about $2 for a coil that goes a week, often two weeks, seems pretty good to me.

with a date and barcode on the label, in a ziplock bag, with a retinal scan activated zipper, locked inside a lead box with a cat, a Geiger counter and an Adam Ant CD.

I just got notification that my P3 Nautilus will be delivered today! Pretty amazing that it left Seattle, WA., yesterday and will be in my mailbox in Tampa, FL., today. But that mean mean Santa. He says I can't use it till Christmas day. Naughty Santa........:(

Yes, others have suggested I add the year. But then I figure No-Ox will last such a loooooooooong time, so the year doesn't seem that important to me.

I have a 2oz jar. I'll be passing on to my kids when I'm gone it will last forever.

But everything has to have an expiration date on it! It a law or something! Saying something doesn't expire is irrelevant, it must be tracked. GMT. Cans of soup and potted meat have expiration dates.

Ah, but that's the beauty of No-Ox and being dubbed by you as Sir Rod, Master of Lube. No-Ox doesn't expire. Cool, in't??!!
