Omg if Provape came out with a box mod I'd feel like I just hit the mother load!

That is another project that should have been done by now. I'll have to ask around and find out next week where that is.
On the post about anodising, we won't be able to do that![]()

I think he was talking about the ProVarinati End Cap. You want "Le Box?" buy a Sunbox Skynet Mini.WHAT is another project? Le Box????![]()
I'm glad to hear your TI finish will blasted. My blasted SS 2.5 hasn't gotten a scratch yet, so yes TI blasted should also be harder to scratch. But people need to understand that TI itself is not scratch resistant. It's a lighter metal.

When the Provari P3 is released, is there a dealer willing to ship to an APO? I am currently deployed until March 2015 and I am unable to purchase at a B & M.
Thanks,

So does this continue to draw power even when you are not pushing the button?
Does this happen with the device is set to the "off" state? I had not shut it off, just put it down.
But my main question... so this draws power "all the time"???????
I have yet to run a battery down yet. Does anyone know if the button flashes when it starts to get low, or are we supposed to just keep an eye on the percentage for the information. Early provari's spoiled me with the flashing I guess.
I waited a while to answer this, so I could observe the behavior a couple times. The button will not flash, even at 1%, until the meter reads EMPTY. It'll then flash red for a while (didn't time it, but less than an hour), then it stops flashing at all. This behavior could change in different firmware revisions - I'm on v31 and v35 is most current I believe.
I guess in the v2.5, there was no way to know your battery level without going through the menus and checking voltage, so a flashing LED was very helpful. With an OLED screen constantly telling you a battery percentage, the flashing button isn't really necessary. I'm not sure why they wouldn't make the behavior the same as the v2.5 though - easy enough to flash the button for those used to looking for it.
I've also measured battery voltage several times when the P3 says EMPTY. It's always in the low 3.4V range (last night it was 3.44V on EMPTY, firing a Nautilus at 12W for the last 10% or so of battery.

I like the idea of a flash for a couple seconds, or the ability to turn the flash off after it starts, or Jimho's idea. Just one rotation through all the colors could be fun.
Probably most of us use the flashing feature quite a bit in the 2.5. I certainly do. But, I would prefer if the flash could be turned off without having to loosen the battery or remove it.
Sorry, how does the flashing in the 2.5 differ from the v1 and v2 provari?
