LOL, it does. My P3 just came today and I'm really enjoying it. Rocking a silo with a bvc right now. I like just having a provari that tells me battery life at a glance and has vw. When I started vaping two years ago, I said I wasn't going to buy a provari until they came out with vw and an oled screen. There was talk about a new model at that time, and I was hopeful they would add these features. Of course, I bought a provari a couple months later and realized how good they were even without those features. Soon after that they released the 2.5 and I kind of gave up on expecting to see anything like that from provape. Imagine my delight getting back on the forum recently and learning that the P3 is about to be released. It takes a while for provape to implement newer technologies, but they certainly do it better.

I was one of those buy a cheap mod, which worked for a while, then had to buy another one when it didn't work anymore kind of guy. The thought of spending even $160 on a Provari was ridiculous. UNTIL I bought one about 3 months ago. I immediately bought a 2nd one (a blem unit I've since sold to fund my P3). I love the fact Provape is an American company, filled with people who truly care about not only my vaping satisfaction, but my vaping safety too!

$280 is a lil more than i'd like to spend. :( $200, $220? Sure. This is a huge disappointment. Especially considering I have two 2.5v's that are less than a year old.

I like the SS finish, so mine was only $249.95. And while I may have gulped parting with that much money for a P3, everytime I push that button I'm delighted I did!

Yeah, Its a huge disappointment...

Too much money, damn..., I wonder whether I could file it under a health care claim?

Those stinkies that I smoked for 30 years weren't though... They were priced right.

I could afford them everytime!

Keep cleaning those contacts and those babies are still relatively in diapers. Enjoy 'em.

If your signature is to be believed, you've already saved enough to buy a P3. And yes, we could always afford to buy our stinkies couldn't we? We were so loyal to them as they were making our lungs black and with every drag taking time off our lives. I figure the investment in my P3 is a bargain in comparison.

Well, I would have to agree with you there.

Guess I'll buy one.

Thanks, Jim

I sure hope this happens. I doubt we'll see bases for attys like the Squape R and Erlkonigin any time soon - but I suspect there eventually will be enough KFL/P3 users to make this worth someone's while. A P3 to Kayfun 3.1 adapter would be the easiest to make. But a lot of folks prefer the KFL's length over the 3.1.

I agree. And SM has the Semovar to support which already does hybrid with the Kayfuns.

But an aftermarket alternative is something to be devoutly hoped for.

The problem is going to be the slightly different circumferences.

This throws a monkey wrench into the works. it would need to taper somehow to work.

Probably best to to look forward to a comparable tank with dedicated P3 threading.
