I got mine 2 weeks ago from a neighbouring authorized supplier in Asia. Tho I may talk a bit on the battery and such, I'm still much a fan as it does what it is supposed to do, for years. Meet the family..

I've definitely been keeping track of the BoosT error, particularly those reporting 2.0 and 2.1… and it looks like 2.0 is the high limit, at least so far.

I've also been following the IQ posts as best I can. From them, 96 seems a reasonable goal with a healthy battery. I did not get that until I cranked my spring around several degrees in the end cap. I've not cleaned anything or applied any grease.

I took three 18650s down to 50% this weekend and one down to 33% so far today. State of charge seems to have no effect on IQ. In every case, after a battery swap, my IQ has been down, once significantly. Unscrewing and retightening the cap brings it back to 96. Conclusion: Pilot error--failing to get the cap tight after a swap, and possibly loosening one of the extensions when unscrewing it

I don't know what to say to those getting low IQ readings, except for battery condition or possibly a cold solder joint.

Why do I get the feeling ProVape is going to regret that IQ feature. :)

I see an opportunity for them to sell gold-plated springs :D

Seriously… I appreciate knowing that.

Edit again: I REALLY appreciate the default menu speed being slower. Those who can use faster can easily change that. OTOH, for some of us, slowing down a fast menu could be a challenge!

OK, since you brought it up, this is actually my single biggest reason for NOT ordering one yet. With my personality this could present significant concerns. Kat says I'd have to change my name to OCDLongo22, and I fear she's correct. She also points out that "22" is a low IQ. Again, I fear she's correct.

Point being, I just want to PUSH THE BUTTON AND HAVE VAPOR COME OUT (grunt).

But I do like the boost, at least potentially.

And who am I kidding? Will I end up getting one? Yeah, very likely. But if the white coats come to take me away (ha-ha, hee-hee, ho-ho...) then you'll know who to blame.

I found a fatal flaw. When one gets cocky and thinks he can handle #5 for the scroll speed he finds it near-impossible to go back and slow it down. It goes by too fast!!! It's like painting yourself in a corner. Easy to get into, hard to get out of.

I accidentally sped it up to 3 and went WHOA! Slow down bucko! Managed to take it back down to 2. As fast as 3 was, nope. Not ready for higher yet LOL

Just order the dang thing! You're gonna do it so might as well cave in now and start enjoying it. :)

This boost thing is very nice.

I couldn't enjoy the boost at first because I had to break the habit of doing the primer puffs. As the day wears on, I'm breaking that habit and beginning to experience the rapturous effects of this nifty feature.

I'm in the same boat here... on my second day now with the boost at 2 and realizing I'm less into priming... cool!
